This is a very good Initially, I hesitated to buy this watch because I had heard the Fitbit would be a better option. I found this to be the only monitored blood pressure monitor available. It felt a bit hoodwinked when I unwrapped the watch because I wouldn't expect it to work as well, after all I only paid $40 for it. It has been amazing to see how accurate the readings of blood pressure, heart rate and fitness tracker have been. This watch is absolutely gorgeous, and I thank the watch for showing me such great readings. The people I asked recommended that I invest a little bit more and get a Fitbit or an Apple Watch. . . but I'm so glad that I went with my instincts because this is the best timepiece I have ever had! I find that the device is very affordable, very accurate, the battery lasts a long time as well and serves my purpose. What a great idea!.

Watches like this one are hard to find. I wanted to love and keep mine. A lot of great features are included, and it looks great and is easy to read. However, the phone app that comes with this watch is terrible. You can use it only with the watch, as it is the only app that works on smartphones. In terms of the fitness tracking, the phone app is embarrassingly inaccurate, especially with regards to the estimation of distance (important if you are a walker or runner) and sleep. it also takes a long time for it to sync and take a measurement. The fact that they created a great smart watch for a reasonable price and then offered a "dumb" companion app is a real shame. You can monitor your heart rate and your blood oxygen with this watch if all you need is an accurate picture of your heart rate and blood oxygen level.
