It is not easy for me to fit into smaller clothes. this on, it was too tight even after ordering one size larger than it said it was. This item had to be returned to the store. As I wanted it to look like a tee shirt that skims the body, the design they created did exactly that. This is not a tank top as it appears in the picture it is more of a leotard. In the case of a small build, you may want to order a size larger than your usual but there is no guarantee. There are still no body skimming protection shirts available to me.
The small size will work for me. I wear a size 3. As well as 4 for the dress
Are you asking for too much heat? A tennis match is always a cool experience, but who gets that feeling? Sweat will get on the fabric, but the fabric keeps moisture away.

The fabric of polyester feels very hot on my skin. I dare say that this shirt is sized to fit narrow woman body types. The dress isn't meant for a woman who is shapely.
