These high waisted pants with light tummy control are ideal if you have stomach issues. This is an outstanding item!.
I'm 5'4" and weighed around 145 pounds when these arrived. I've put on about ten pounds since I was 150 pounds. Due to pregnancy, I've gained 15 pounds since then, but they still fit perfectly! I ordered the "one size fits all" and they are definitely able to stretch more COMFORTABLY as my third trimester progresses. They haven't lost shape or durability after being washed a few times. I'm confident that once I lose my baby weight, I'll be able to fit into them again. These are definitely worth a try! It's appropriate for everyday use, going to the gym, and even lounging.
These leggings are to die for! Yes, they aren't of the highest quality, but look at the price and quantity you get for the money! I'm 5'2" and purchased them when I was 185 pounds; I'm now 165 pounds and they still fit and don't slip, despite going down two pant sizes. I've had a few that have quickly developed holes, but I've been wearing them every day to work out since July (2019), and they're still in good shape, though there is some beading where my legs rub together when I run. They're super soft and don't slide down when you're running. We only gave them four stars because they screwed up an order once, but we're getting a refund now:.

I'm not going to the gym in them. I kept them, however, because they are so soft and comfortable that I plan to wear them under dresses and to bed.
My blunder; my body is a peculiar shape. Because I am short and have small legs, everything takes a long time for me. That's why I expected these capris to come up to my ankles, as they usually do. My issue with the fit is that I had some very badly botched abdominal surgery several years ago, which resulted in 5 HUGE inoperable hernias that make me appear to be nine months old. If you're pregnant or have a lot of weight to lose, you should avoid going out. Although they are soft and comfortable, there is no tummy control. I got what they said I would get, but it wasn't what I had hoped for. These aren't the kind of pants you'd wear during the winter. But, because I'm a creative person, I'll figure out a way to lengthen these pants so they look as cute and flattering as I had hoped. I know I should have given them a 5, but my heart isn't in it right now. However, I would recommend these pants to anyone with a normal build.
