It was easy to put together with the large black twisty knobs as screws and the pieces were sturdy. But a bent horseshoe led to a pedal falling off. There's a thing inside the pedal that is supposed to hold the pedal in place. Despite having pliers and force at my disposal, I got the pedal back on, and it seems to be working fine, but if I didn't have the tools available and expertise, I would not have been able to fix this issue.
