In a pool that is deeper than waist depth, I wouldn't use this. Flotation devices do not work here. I think it would make you sink. Although it appears to be water tight, if it's not, the weight of soaking up water will only increase.

A 4 month trial is offered, however. This was an extremely affordable product when compared to how much I normally pay. Expected a lot from it. A SLAM ball is what it says on the ball, and that's what happens to it in I have to give my sand gun away after only 4 months of use because it broke and I cannot use it. It blew sand whenever it gets hit and now, I can't even use it. Trying to contact Amazon to find out if I can return it or at least find out what the warranty is, I am told to get in touch with The link that I discovered on Amazon is not active, and the j/fit website does not appear to provide warranty information or a sales page for these balls. I would like to hear your ideas if you have any. The ball would have received 5 stars had it not broken, since I still have 5 other j/fit slam balls that cope with the job perfectly. Additionally, if anyone has had success with any other company that makes slam balls, that would be helpful, as my current brand seems to last for no longer I gotta believe there's a brand out there that makes a reliable product because these rubber balls filled with sand get a lot of abuse.
A photo is attached of the crack.
I bought 40lbs of it and it lasted me three years until I slammed it frozen like a moron. Both the 20th and the 40th are mine. Both were purchased in 2017 and have been used quite a There were a lot of The puff mushroom shattered open like a toxic puff after I slammed this after a freeze. There is a lot of dust in the sand filling, and if this thing broke in your house, that would be a major inconvenience. Overall, however, these were far more than I had anticipated. My expectation was that they would last for a few months or so. If I was using them for chores at the gym I wouldn't buy them, but otherwise I'm loving them. It's been literally a minute since I broke the 40lbs and I walked back inside to order another immediately. I did this because I just broke the weight. My experience with this fitness brand was good enough for me to buy another one right away. I'm sure there are quality control issues and flukes like with any of these affordable brands.
With it, you can do lifting exercises with your hands. It looks good and feels good, and the 20 lbs is just right for me. So I just wanted to say that I just got this 20 lb j/fit slam ball today. The right weight was as mysterious as it always has been with my other medicine ball, a wall ball. I do not want to pay monthly membership fees to a gym, so I am buying a medicine ball for my home. Online recommendations say to go to a gym and find out, however, that's the reason I am buying a medicine ball for my home. A second online recommendation can be found at It all depends on what you do with it, which is true, but it would be useful to know a few points of reference! So I will give it a go. In order to get a good idea of what the poundage feels like when I use medicine balls, I bought this 20 lb slam/medicine ball after having acquired a 10 lb j/fit wall/medicine ball. In order to slam my slam ball onto the ground, which my other medicine ball, a wall ball, was not created for, my main purpose was to do some slamming. Slamming the ball does not do much for me (I'm sure some swear by it, that's what a slam ball is for! also found that throwing it up into the air, letting it land on the ground, picking it up and doing the same again and again has a better effect. However, this could be taken as a reference to select the right ball weight. The age of my mother is 55, 5'2" and she has blonde hair and blue eyes. We benched 6 reps of 150 lbs with a height of 8" and weight of 168 The 20 lb slam ball I've been using for the aforementioned exercise (along with standard slamming) is just right.
My gym workouts in the gym included slamballs, and that is how I became in such great shape prior to my pregnancy. After the baby, I want to get back to the shape I was in when I was pregnant. Several types of exercise balls could accommodate multiple exercises, so I looked into them. It has so far been a great read! With my baby sleeping, I am able to do many exercises on the floor or inside without waking my baby up, I also love taking it outside and slamming balls The ball is great for multiple uses, and it arrived in a timely manner. It was packed nicely, and I like how it looks.
It is essentially a rubber kick ball partially filled with sand. It is unstable due to the sand, and its center of gravity will shift. Now that it is not solid, it IS bound to break or burst. You may use it on its own, but you will break it if you do. Neither is it a slam dunk. A medicine ball is not what it looks like. There is nothing to be impressed with here. This is a kick ball half filled with sand. Spend your money wisely on a real quality piece of equipment rather than a cheap imitation.
The weight I thought was 20 lbs. My first attempt was a little too heavy, but I soon realized this is a lot more of a cardio workout than I had anticipated.
I think this would be a great alternative to running, because I often get out of breath first. I have not worked my core yet. You work your lungs, but your knees do not take a hit. I use it on my driveway and put a piece of cardboard down because I don't want to get scratches. The ball works like a charm. The bounce is not present. It was just a slight.
This slam ball has been inside me for 6 weeks and has shrunk. I teach classes at a gym once a week, so I use it quite often. The product's durability is an issue, so I wouldn't recommend it.
Your heart rate goes up in no time. The gate is well made. I have owned it for a while, and despite many attempts at destroying it against my driveway, it still holds up well. It is a great tool to keep in my training toolbox even though I use it less now that I am following a weightlifting program (opting for cardio sessions that are less strength-oriented to allow for greater recuperation). Using this slamball, you can work out all of your muscles in a non-stop manner that is extremely.
