I recently purchased the RGGD & I am extremely satisfied. I use the RGGL yoga ball to add some variety to my workouts. Previously, I used a ball, but I never tried it with the bands and I thought it was great. This ball is excellent quality, and I love the fact that you can use it for so many different exercises. As for the customer service, I had an issue with the stability ring but they promptly sent me a brand new one in 24 hours. It's always nice to do business with a company that takes pride in their work. The two-pound bands were an added bonus. I will order stronger bands as well as a workout video for this. It's great for beginners, but I think I'll order the stronger bands next time. Michele, thanks for making a great product!.
