What is the pressure that the switch is supposed to turn on the pump again? With the one I've received, it returns to the on position at 6lbs. ?

There is an off switch here that shuts off the tank. A normal setting is to shut down the pump at 40 psi. Around 20 psi should be enough to turn on the pump. Precharge your bladder tank by checking the level. A good value for this should be 8 psi.

Can the 8855 be used with this product? A psi of 80 to 100 is the ideal How many?

There is no way to adjust the pressure, since it is set at 40 psi.
