The sizing chart is the only way to determine exactly what size you are. Just because you are a size in one style does NOT mean you would be the same size in another. Due to the fact that these are very stretchy, you could use a size 1.

Even though I had to exchange an XL pair of yoga pants for an XXL pair, these are my favorite. I ordered like 3 different types of yoga pants from Amazon, and I had to exchange They do not have the high waist as advertised. The XLs fit well everywhere else except the waist. I feel like the elastic where it sits kind of digs into my love handles, giving it an unflattering appearance. After exchanging for an XXL, I had more room to move. You will find they are nicer around the waist. Thus, if you're looking for a higher waist, I would order a size larger. In any case, since they're stretchy, it doesn't seem to have much difference in the overall fit. It also has a pair of side pockets that I really like. Another pair will be ordered when I get paid next.

There is about a half inch wide elastic band around the waist which is not wide enough to control the abdomen. These pants are great for yoga and working out. The pair I bought is so good that I bought another one.
Thank you so much for this yoga capri, I can't express how grateful I am for it. This is the only pair of yoga capris I've ordered on Amazon that has the quality of material I am looking for. I've ordered at least 20 pairs over the past month. The fabric feels like thicker cotton while still feeling like a silky yoga pant. It's buttery smooth, keeps shape but is still very stretchy, truly has tummy control, holds up in the wash, and is truly comfortable. I have never found a pair of pants that I've liked. They are too cheap and thin, and the material is shiny. This is not one of them! It is absolutely perfect. I have already bought every color in my size that they have available. If you are looking for quality yoga pants, buy it. You won't regret it. After sizing up for my first pair in a medium, they fit snug, but stretched out enough so I was able to keep them (not too tight) and I just let them air dry just for protection. After receiving my second pair in the large, I am even more in love with them. The weight I carry is about 135 lbs. I am 5'3". Lastly, place your hand on a large hip area and again you will feel a stretch, It didn't shrink when I washed them and I dried them on high. I can't get over how soft they are! Its pockets are a definite bonus. You can put your phone in them, and your ID. A small key pocket that fits a credit card or a small key is awesome.
Though most of the reviews were positive, there was still a certain amount of skepticism. Nevertheless, I am totally in love after wearing it for the first time. It came off the pants unscathed. I did a hot yoga class (and I sweat A LOT) and the pants didn't show any sweat marks. I love these because they're really soft, they're easy to move in, and they stay put on my A size Large is what I got. These pants are just right for me because I have wide hips and a large bum, but a small waist, so finding high waisted pants that fit is a bit tough but these were great! I'll be buying more in other colors soon!.

I like how thick the material is and how it has pockets. The high street price was about $23. 50 and the quality was very good. I ordered the large and they are tight, but I prefer my leggings tight but not too tight on my stomach. LOL They do have what I call the panty hose syndrome. Occasionally, I have to pull them up in the crotch area, but I have to do this with most leggings as well. I hate it. These are great and I'd purchase them again!.
My socks were accidentally put in the dryer and they still look great but their softness isn't as good. I was blown away by the softness of the material. A pair of comfortable pants is great. There was a size difference between my order and what I should have ordered. I bought an XL, but I will buy the L tomorrow. To give you an idea, my waist is 33 inches wide and my hips are 40 inches wide. These are comfortable and secure to wear on the treadmill and weight machines. I've used them to run on the treadmill and to use the weight machines too. Besides the small pockets at the waist, there is a small pocket at the waist pocket that is perfect for a credit card, ID, or even earphones.
