When mounting them, how deep should they be in the water?

The only stipulation is it must be below the waterline. Towards the bottom of my outboard engine, I mounted mine about a foot below.

My boat has a 12 volt system, so I'll be wiring these into it. Can you recommend a fuse with an amp rating?

The fuse on mine is a 10 amp

Does the lamp have an on and off switch?

I wired mine into an existing light, but I suppose you could do it the same way or quickly jump off of an existing light.

These led blue marine waterproof lights look great in my aluminum fishing boat, and the instructions for installing them were easy to follow. I love how bright they are outside the water as well as under the water, and they have a nice look as well when they are I have no problem with them shining, they do not shine as far as I thought they would but they are really close. There is a hole in the middle of the back of the light for running the wire, so it's easy to run the wires through. money, I would say these were a great purchase, and if your setting up on a boat for underwater lighting, make sure to use waterproof sealant to fill the hole and you'll be.

I am impressed with the quality of the lights and the amount of light they put out. The option of running the wire straight through or on top of the surface is very appealing. We're looking forward to testing them out on the water at night.
