Made a . These were added to a reese kit that was no longer in use. It made a difference on my enclosed car trailer, which is 27 feet long. At the age of 60, I went from having white knuckles to only having one hand at the age of 70.

Very well done
5/5

Reese active anti-perspirant has always been my go-to. sway. One of the older-style arms had bottomed out and had to be replaced. I tried these instead because those parts didn't appear to be available. I'm not a mechanical engineer, but these appear to be even more effective. I wasn't concerned about an 18-foot trailer towing a 30-foot motor home, but apparently it was in the old system. It's a LOT easier to drive with these. br>br>If you don't overthink it, installation is quite simple. This is simple if you have a c clamp that is two inches larger than your frame rails. It took less than an hour to put up the second trailer. The instructions in the manual could have a better "flow" to them. It's also simple to make changes. Oh, and the self-tapping bolts don't look like self-tapping bolts, but they do the job admirably. Having ACTIVE anti-virus protection is a must. br>br> Sway is actively attempting to kill you with any trailer of reasonable size. br>br>Just a thoughtbr>br>Larry.

It performs admirably
4/5

I have a half-ton truck and a new 6500-pound camper that I recently purchased. I chose this over a friction bar because it prevents sway from the start, and when I brought my existing round bar WD to Camping World, they told me my bars were too light. They put together a new system while keeping the dual cam. The trailer is a 29' box, and the only issue I had was a 1/2-ton truck getting pushed from time to time. There was, however, no sway!.

You won't be dissatisfied with the results

I tried a few different sway solutions before deciding on this one. Some people make a point of mentioning each and every chain. I like the simplicity of the setup. When combined with the Reese weight distribution, you will not be disappointed.

great! If you purchase Reese's weight distribution system, these are an absolute must
5/5

The 66066 was my purchase. The chain hookup that comes standard with the wd system will be replaced with these cams. br>These will prevent sway from occurring in the first place; it's a very simple and well-thought-out system.

This system is far superior to the sway control bar that can be purchased separately
4/5

This system is far superior to the sway control bar that can be purchased separately. They take roughly 90 of the distance away, I would say. It's not the simplest thing to put together, but it's well worth it. They're heavy-duty, and I'm confident they'll outlast our old sway control bar, which rusted out after two seasons and was rendered useless.

Dual Cam Sway Control by Reese (26002)
5/5

I asked the dealer about sway control when my wife and I first bought our camper a year ago, and he said it was an EXCELLENT product. He said it was a personal choice and that I should try it out first to see how it worked before deciding whether or not I wanted to spend the extra money. That is exactly what I did. We took it to different campgrounds about six times the first year, and I didn't notice much sway, so I didn't buy anything. Then, on our first outing of the year, we got into a cross-country ski race. I was second-guessing myself because of the wind. Then, as I slowed down to try to control the sway, which helped a little, the semi-automatic transmission began to malfunction. Trucks began passing me because they were traveling faster, and it was then that I became aware of the sway. The next day, I returned to my camper dealer and sought his advice. He demonstrated the Friction Sway Control and how it operated before moving on to the Reese Dual Cam Sway Control. I inquired as to which one he would choose if he were to purchase. The Reese Dual Cam Sway Control, he said emphatically. He claimed that, despite the fact that it was more expensive, about four times as much, there was no comparison. This product works to prevent trailer sway from occurring in the first place, whereas Friction Control attempts to correct trailer sway after it has already occurred. We took another trip about 280 miles away after purchasing and installing, which, as other reviewers pointed out, requires some drilling and is time consuming but well worth it. We had a good cross-section of people on our team. Although the wind was picking up, the Reese Dual Cam Sway Control delivered exactly what I had hoped for, allowing me to drive the speed limit on the Interstate without fighting the wheel or feeling like the camper was controlling me. It was, without a doubt, the best camping purchase I've ever made. It is something I strongly suggest. It's worth noting that this also necessitates the use of the spring bars that come standard with your camper's weight distribution system. Also, unlike the Friction Control type, this product allows you to back up into parking spots, whereas the Friction Control type requires you to disconnect it before backing up.
