It doesn't matter what hole configuration you use, as long as the height is adequate.

The answer is yes. The wheels and tires are 18" long, 3" wide, 5" tall, and 2" thick

How many are there? Does it include a ball and hitch head? Does it fit? If not, what size does it fit?

However, the pictures on their website that show 90024500 and 90024600 are swapped. I ordered the incorrect one based on this picture, but you have to take a look at the dimensions as well. When placing my order, I was trying to follow pictures on the Equalizer website. As a result, I had to return it and they did not offer me a full refund, even though I feel it was a mistake to begin with.

It is strong and heavy, and has a lot of adjustment options

Perfect. Just what the doctor ordered. The ball had a smaller diameter than the adjusting hole on my old hitch shank, so I had to make the adjustment either by turning the adjusting hole or by compressing the ball. I prefer a 5" low, or a Depending on the orientation of the shank, it may be 5" too high. There are a lot of factors to consider when choosing a ball and this one provides just what I needed. Additionally, it is heavy and well built. I can also fold the tailgate down without scratching the receiver jack when I do so.

After a long wait, I can finally drop my tailgate completely! The usual length shank that comes with the Equilizer hitch would cause my tailgate to hit the head of my power tongue jack when opened to 45 degrees, at least

The trailer is now far enough back that the tailgate is clear of the jack head following the addition of this extra shank.

The material is heavy and well-made

By using this extra long shank I was able to lower the tailgate on my Ford F150 even with the travel trailer hooked up and ready to tow. Prior to buying this shank, the tailgate would not fully open when I lowered it because it would come into contact with the trailer jack.
Some companies offer trailer receiver extensions, however beware of the fact that they greatly reduce the rated towing weight and tongue weight. I found this shank to be of good quality and durable. Compared to the original shank, the gusset on this one is at least three times larger. This is definitely a product I would highly recommend.

With the tailgate open, I can now get in

The shank I received is much better than I expected. Now that I've opened my tailgate on my 2005 F150, I can go into the cab. My 21 foot toy hauler towed fine even with the extra length, but I was worried about how it would change the towing.
