Since lithium batteries typically have a voltage output of greater than 15 volts when fully charged, we do not recommend using them. Each of the Watersnake motors is recommended to be powered by good quality deep cycle AGM batteries.
In order to use the Watersnake Kayak motor mount, your trolling motor ought to have a maximum thrust of 24lb.
Unless it is a standard clamp motor mount for trolling motor, it should not be a problem.
The answer is yes in the United States. Be sure to complete the entire application and send it to the address below You have a limited time limit to send it back. Since I'm in the Caribbean, I don't have access to these features, but I would definitely make use of them if I lived in the US.

This company sold me 34 pounds of thrust and I went on to buy the 55 pounds of trust . . . NOT A PROBLEM WITH THE SELLER, I got my full refund . . . nice doing business with you. My stand up paddle board makes such a clean and quiet sound with this watersnake trolling motor. . This is awesome.
When I purchased this, I only used it once to open a small lake, not going into any weeds or anything like that at all I was just testing it out to see how it worked. Above, you can see the pics. On the way out of the boat, I heard a vibration sound so I figured it was probably my cotter pin because this happened once every five years in the big boat, however, this was my first time. It was a very disappointing experience. It can be used on a kayak or something similar I have an excursion 5 fishing boat and it is not a very big When we first turned it on it would go on and off as if there was a short in the connection. My paddleback was once again successful, and I was thankful I didn't take to a larger.
An issue with speed control has been reported. A review of its performance on its first two fishing trips in Florida shows that it looks great. During the third trip, the unit was moving at a much slower pace it had reduced its forward speed to I was fortunately able to request a refund from both this company and Amazon very easily.
I had a great time on the boat and with the motor over the weekend. As we trolled through cheat river in West Virginia, we noticed the motor did exactly what it was expected I made it up very easily when I was in shallow water and it did very well against the current of the river. The next time I go I'm going to be blown away! It is not up for debate. This motor is for sale.
Fishing on fresh water with this motor is something I did on my canoe.
The steering counter force mechanism broke during the second trip out of the garage. As soon as the shaft height adjustment occurred, it also happened. I found the tilt control on my unit to be different from the one in the user guide. In a canoe it is rather awkward to use. It moved my canoe well on the water, and I was satisfied with its performance. The hardware aspect of the motor is so cheaply made it is a real shame. After contacting Watersnake (they responded very quickly) they put me in touch with Innovative Procurement's customer service department, who offered me a refund upon returning Having Innovative Procurement as a client was a great experience. It is unfortunate that they do not provide repair services. If you're an Australian, I recommend you check out Watersnake. In any case, you should consider brands that have repair services.
The link is not working. I am disappointed in the quality of this product.
A great motor at a good value. I'm pleased with it. It will take time to see how durable it will be. According to the construction, this should be the case. The previous two motors I had were both Minn Kotas. I would consider both devices to have failed after infrequent and light I decided to try another brand. So far, both brands have been equally effective. In the case of a victory for the Watersnake, durability will make all the difference.
The device broke after two hours of use. My nephew couldn't fix the problem (on the boat or when back on land) after he dropped the handle during use, the motor was stuck on 2, and my nephew could not fix it. The item I am returning has no value. This is not a good purchase.
