There is a picture of a 4' in the listing. The mounted versions of both can be seen side by side in the pictures I have I am trying to attach a photo, but I cannot. When the rod holder goes into the holding portion, what is the diameter of it?

There is a taper to the base, with the widest point being 1 inch at the top Half an inch. Rod holders of any standard size will fit this. There have been different holders I have used before, and this is the best. My second order turned out to be so good. Taking advantage of the foam type base, it fits very snugly in the rod holders without bouncing around a lot.

It is built well and seems to have good quality. We are not sure how long the bungie will last. It is easy for them to dry rot when they are exposed to the air.
