It's a lack of pictures. Honestly, there are lots of DD bases that Leupold makes, but no one seems to have a photo of them all. Generally speaking, though, you will receive the correct item if you put in the correct part number.
Unlike the RVF, it can be reversed. With this technology, there will be a shorter distance between rings. The DD front base is not adjustable. Neither of them is dual dovetail, so they can both be used with dual
The best thing you can do is go to Leupold's website and use their "mount finder" feature. This tool will ask for your rifle specs and the scope you intend to mount, then provide you with a list of Leupold products that are compatible.

In addition to my rifles made by Browning, Winchester, Remington, Marlin, and Weatherby, I also own bases and rings from Leupold. Ruger rifles come with their own rings which is the only reason they are not on my guns. As a pre-eminent designer, I'm concerned that these bases don't fit my Pre-eminent head The Leupold Tech Support team confirmed that they would fit both Pre- and Post-war Winchester Model 70 scopes before I ordered them It is just as easy to use the Dual Dovetail to mount pre 1964 and post 1964 guns, and I prefer the Dual Dovetail to a Standard or STD configuration, as you don't need to eyeball the rear windage like you do with Despite the fact that these bases are pretty solid, they're easy to install, look great, and are reasonably priced for the quality. actually like the look much better than the Weaver style with the picatinny cross slots in them, and once you twist the rings into the bases, you won't be able to remove them! I am very pleased with the product that I have purchased from this.
I have it mounted on my Browning 300win mag with a Vortex optic. It serves its purpose well. your scope up as if you were a I am very pleased with this purchase and have no issues with it at all.
Make sure you put lictite on the threads so they don't lose their grip once installed.
Let me start by saying I'm glad Leupold finally made a base for the x-ray A bolt. Our elk hunt will be in October, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it does!.
A loupold product made in the USA, with a high level of quality. Feel confident about your purchase.
It is genuine, has the intended purpose, and is of.
Kimber Hunter bases in dual dovetail are included in Leupold's list of correct bases for a Kimber Hunter. Because the back base hangs too far over the bolt opening - about half an inch - spent shells can hit the base and cause jamming in Rapid Follow-Up. A situation in which you have to take a shot up. Even though it works, you can't ignore the fact that its design is hideous. As the base fits correctly as far as length is concerned, the standard bases work best with the windage screws. Those are my personal opinions. Despite that, Leupold remains a top choice.
Fits my rifle but it isn't as long as it says. It is also listed on the Leupold website as fitting, so seller is not to blame.
