You can program and save your workouts with the amount of work time versus rest time and the number of rounds using the customizable interval timer. It can also perform a lot of HIIT training, which makes it easier to program 1 minute on/1 minute off workouts. It also has a beeper for every interval time and the ability to set a 10 second warm-up time.

The "instructions" were completely unintelligible

We never got to use it because, despite the fact that the instructions were supposed to be in English, we couldn't figure out what to do or how to set it up. We were never able to get it to work, so it is being returned.

It works perfectly, and it's the best price I've seen for a timer with 4-inch numbers. It's possible to save as many as nine different programs. It is something I use on a daily basis. The only thing it lacks is a quick EMOM setting that can be activated with a single push. Aside from that, it's fantastic value for money!.

I've been looking for a big multi-roomed house for a while now. For a while, I was looking for a good function timer, and this appeared to be it. That is undeniably true. br>br>Here are a few things to keep in mind: br>* It's a colossal amount of space. And it's a little weighty. br>* A/C power is required for the timer (a cord is provided). br>* Two AAA batteries (not included) are required for use of the remote. br>br>Based on the comments of other reviewers, I was concerned that this would be difficult to program. But it turns out that if you take your time and go slowly enough, you'll be fine. The instruction manual that comes with the package is not too difficult to understand. Do as I did and concentrate solely on one mode at a time (I began by simply setting the clock - It's fairly straightforward). br>br>The red and blue displays are both attractive and easy to read. This is an excellent choice if you need a big timer for workouts or other activities.

It Can Be Seen From The Moon (But Not Exactly)

With just a glance, you can tell what time it is. It's a big clock with a bright red face that grabs your attention right away. The countdown or count up can be set up using the remote once it has been set up. Other than the three I mentioned, it will do a variety of time setups. What we like about it is that it can be mounted high up and out of the way, and the remote can control all functions. It definitely delivers, and it's big enough to be seen from almost any distance. It came with all of the necessary hardware to mount it in a variety of positions. The quality is excellent. Four out of five stars!.
