It is, after all, a clock.
Given that it was shipped on April 29, 2019, and I have yet to receive it as of June 7, 2019. I'm not sure if it'd be appropriate for a 5k. However, as soon as I receive it, I will update this page.

Selected User Reviews For BTBSIGN LED Interval Timer Count Down/Up Clock Stopwatch with Remote for Home Gym Fitness
Even better, there's company! During the workout, we do static holds. Setting the countdown timer, pressing the start button, and being able to watch us do our sets is fantastic. Simple, mounts on the wall, and can be read from a distance of 20 feet. br>br>I'm updating my review to include information about the btbsign company's actions. The timer's remote was smashed to pieces during one of the workouts. I looked for a replacement but couldn't find one. This timer's remote is extremely specific. I called the company and explained what had happened, as well as how I could get a replacement. They promised to send me one free of charge. I got a new one in less than two weeks - There are no hidden fees or charges, and there are no shipping costs. If you're on the fence about purchasing this product, get off it! This is a fantastic company with excellent customer service. The timer works perfectly, and the service is clearly outstanding!.
Once you've deciphered the brief and sloppy instructions, you'll have a lot of options. The instructions will appeal to those who enjoy solving puzzles. Everything will fall into place with a little work. On the remote, there are buttons for date, date format, temperature, and temperature format that have no function for this particular clock/timer. The HIIT button has no effect and is not mentioned in the manual. It's for a different timer, I'm sure. Whatever the case may be- There are numerous options and methods for creating customized HIIT workouts (which is a great feature). There's also a mysterious "cycle" button that the booklet doesn't explain. The weather changes outside every time I press it, but nothing changes on the clock/timer. Oh well. For the price, it appears to be a good timer with a lot of features. I'll use it as a BJJ round timer, HIIT timer, stretching timer, clock, stopwatch, and so on; it can do everything well and with plenty of options. One question that many people may have is whether or not you can create custom work/rest cycles. For example: 1 minute of work followed by a 20-second break, 2 minutes of work followed by a 30-second break, 20 seconds of work followed by a 10-second break, and so on. Yes, that is correct. Once you've created them, you can save them. You can have them repeat a certain number of times as well.
This is a fantastic timer. It can also be used as a cool digital clock. It also has a dimmer. All you have to do now is follow the directions. It's not just a timer; it has a lot of features, especially for the price. As a home gym timer, I'm very happy with it.
I just got it, and it does everything it should, but the beep sound isn't loud enough. There is no way to make the volume bigger. It only has two settings: on and off. br>br>Furthermore, it's okay for the money, but I wouldn't buy it again.
4 uses. Maybe it's just me, but the instructions were a little hazy. I had to return this item because it was defective, despite the fact that the remote had fresh batteries and the clock was turned on. It doesn't work. I enjoyed using the Tabata feature for a few workouts, but it was not working when I went to use it for a third or fourth.
Don't waste your money on this scumbag. Only the most basic description of the clock is provided in the instructions. Everything in the instruction manual that I could find was fairly self-explanatory. However, I bought this for the less obvious things because, despite what the remote suggests, these things aren't as simple as they appear and then you're left with no explanation. The most aggravating aspect is that things work sometimes and don't work other times. For example, I used this timer to do reflex bag rounds. For 10 rounds, I needed 2 minutes on, 1 minute off. I was able to get this function to work, but it would not save, which meant I would have to do it every day. It wasn't a big deal until one day I went in and it didn't offer the rounds option; instead, you had to set each round individually. This takes up a lot of time and throws me off my game. br>br>On the remote, half of the buttons are inactive. Take a look at the "questions" section of this site to see what I mean. Someone probably bought it solely for the purpose of using the HIIT feature, which is prominently displayed on the remote, and then was told it does nothing when they asked how to use it. Take note of the number of people looking for instruction manuals. That's why I'm going to explain it to you. They, like me, realized the manual was useless and tossed it out; however, when things stopped working, they assumed they didn't know how to fix it and wanted to take another look at the manual to see if there was anything useful in there. No, there isn't anything like that.
There is no longer any blue light. Every time I leave the gym, I unplug it. As a result, I am baffled.
I'm not sure I'd buy it again because it's limited in the ways I use an interval timer the most - figuring out which round we're on, how much time we have left, how long this workout will take, or even putting together a full routine - without the need to use the "repeat" feature This will suffice if all you need is to say x amount of exercise time and x amount of rest, and then repeat that x number of times.
