I like the product as a whole, very sturdy metal, only ding is there are a few plastic pieces over the tops of the The metal bars will quickly begin to show holes due to these wearing out and falling off. Caps should be made of stronger materials. Moreover, for smaller balls there is no cross bar on the sides, so the balls will fall off the sides without something to top them off (we used 1" rubber bumpers taped to the sides).
5 stars because the quality of the product and the ease with which it was assembled are both 5 stars. An end of the frame is welded. This is a nice set of wheels with strong "boltage" and lock nuts. I find it hard to believe how chintzy it is. The complete set of parts was present. There was only one problem the length of time it took to receive I should have expected a delay given that I ordered it during the height of basketball season. Awaited for a very long time, but worth it.

I think this is the best ball rack I have ever owned. All the wheels are in good condition, and the locks work well. The game is just as good on a playground with concrete as it is on wood.
Our church's gymnasium was in need of a ball rack, but we already tried two others, so we chose this one. We've never had a rack I've seen so well built and sturdy. It holds a lot more balls than the standard rack we used to use.
The quality is fantastic, it is solid, and it rolls smoothly. I use it for my kids' basketball league and find it very useful. We had one gripe, however. The package it came in wasn't Parts of the bolt fell out of the box during the shipping process, so item was incomplete. Would have been best to double box it.
It is very beat up. It was a mess of washers, nuts, bolts, etc when we first opened the box. I had to buy new hardware from Home Depot since most of the screws were missing. . .
Product was great and super easy to assemble once I bought new screws.
It is not rusting like the other ones we have used and is able to be left outside.
