Roxio Creator 2009 [OLD VERSION]

That was the first thing I thought was wrong, or that would be my computer. When I came across some of the comments about this product on Amazon (a bit late for me, though), I was intrigued. My software was purchased a few months ago, but I have only burned one CD with it. The reason I didn't use it more was not because I did not want to, but rather Customers are the most important aspect of customer service This is real. somebody else commented that Roxio's product developers don't know much about what's happening with their product, so I probably wouldn't have been much help anyway if I had been able to talk to someone from their side. The first time I've used Roxio has been my last experience with it. In other words, they should really give it away for free, or maybe even charge customers for the use of The refund would be very much appreciated as a thank you I am leaving this company with a goodbye gift.

Although I purchased it for their "Videowave 11" video editor, the design of that video editor was so flawed that I couldn't use it, such as how split audio clips have pauses between them and how video clips can't be resized at the beginning or In the past I have tried most of the other programs/features, like the DVD player "Cineplayer" etc. I am somewhat dumbfounded, sometimes things just stopped working after working the day before, sometimes I could not even figure out the simplest tasks. It is a program that I would never recommend to anyone in the world, I feel sorry for those who bought it. The way I feel is true, and I'm sorry. Oxio must be facing major issues with their management, design, and development. I hope they start over from scratch and make improvements to.

In my time, I could do a lot of things with it. The program may have become outdated since then, but I used it for a while. My favorite parts of my ability are the things I was able to accomplish. During my time with Roxio, I found the company was not that responsive with their customer support. Beginners should not use it because of this reason. Should you run into trouble, you will need to do lots of research and troubleshoot by yourself.

For a year now, I have been working with Roxio 9 on a partial load and I have loved it so far. My life is perfect now because Roxio 10 has all the tools I need. My daughter's soccer teams are about to have group pictures taken of the group from the video. With several video compilations in the works, I will be able to use these. I love it!.

In addition to Roxio Creator 2009, I also purchased Roxio Creator 2010 for Windows. Now that I've downloaded this product three times, I'm sold. The program is not working properly for me. This issue has been raised with Roxio and no resolution has been received to my concern. Now, I cannot run my program This product has all the content I want in a burner program. It came with a number of programs that worked and did not work for others. Furthermore, the Express Labeler, which copies the content from the disk itself, would not work as well. Buying the product was sparked by the promise that this was one of the things it promised.

This piece of outdated software is not worth your money. You should get the latest version of Roxio if you are fond of it.

It works great for changing music from Lps to CDs, but you can't make backups of your movie collection due to the fact that the program cannot be used to copy store bought movies. In the future, I will not purchase the product.
