Saxon math is what my daughter and I have been using for years now while we homeschool. Despite my best efforts, it became harder for me to teach her every year. While I was sitting next to her, I felt as though I were learning it all right along with I found it very frustrating to constantly have to tell her to wait while I looked up how to solve certain types of math problems online or elsewhere in the book. In addition to being time-consuming, it also required a lot of research. Despite being hesitant, I bought the DIVE CD for Algebra 2 and now I only wish I had done it sooner! Approximately six minutes to twenty minutes are spent on each lesson. His methods are concise and he gets the point across without wasting anyone's time. It isn't flashy or extravagant. Although it is technical, it is fast and easy to understand. I appreciate how short the lessons are for my daughter. I don't think you should overlook the fact that the lessons are short, but they are complete with all the necessary teaching. It is definitely worth the cost of the CD Rom, and I will definitely purchase the next Saxon math book DIVE Cd in the future.

His complaint is that the audio quality of this "DIVE" brand is horrible, and the CD does not work at all

With the other CD of the Saxon Homeschooling Math Curriculum, my son has used it With the Algebra kits, there is a ROM. Throughout the video, he rants about how he hates this "DIVE" brand, how the audio is terrible, the CD just won't work, and how the instruction is horrible. The author did not want to leave it in one piece. In addition to the Algebra I and Algebra II disks that Saxon offers, he also enjoys the Algebra II disk.

Having this book available to students, their parents, and teachers is a gift! Like this, every math book should be backed up by a comprehensive resource! When it is used exactly as the author specifies, I had never encountered a better or more successful math series when I served as a math consultant for Region 4 of the Texas Education Agency. There are, however, several gaps in students' understanding of a concept and they need a material that matches the text in an instant. The problem has been solved!.

She wouldn't mind watching the DIVE CD each week according to her own schedule, even though I can explain it to her. There are many explanations in the book that she cannot follow. As a result, the information is clear and easily understood.
