Selected User Reviews For Corel WinZip 25 Standard | File Compression & Decompression Software [PC Key Card] [Old Version]
I installed WinZip25 Standard, which I had downloaded as a trial version, after receiving the package. br>There is no need for me to uninstall and reinstall the program. Corel sent me an e-mail after I registered. Just in case, you'll receive an email with a Registration Code for reinstalling WinZip. I appreciate how simple and painless the procedure is. This is an authentic item.
I tested the free version and decided to purchase the product based on its ability to unzip files properly. br>I removed the trial version and installed a fresh copy of the software, which I then registered. br>Over the next month, I unzipped several files using the software. br>I attempted to use it to unzip a file earlier this month and was greeted with a registration screen requesting that I re-register the software. When I try to register, it tells me that the registration code has already been used. So, based on my experience, expect the software to work for one month for free and one month for a fee, which is not worth the price paid for the registration issue.
When it comes to zip files, this program is the gold standard. It is unquestionably superior to the free zip compression software. The software hasn't caused any issues. Everything works fine because we're using it with a high-end computer with an AMD Threadripper processor.
Given that there are free products that do the same thing, I thought it might be a waste of money to purchase this. However, I like the interface, and I believe that companies like this should be compensated for their efforts. The other features, such as compatibility with seven zip and other programs, as well as the clean interface, were extremely useful.
Continues to demand that you pay $50 to register at the WinZip Site. Winzip had provided me with a 21-day free trial. When my trial period ended, Corel demanded $50 for a basic utility - There was no "standard" less expensive option. So I went to Amazon and purchased a $19 program that purported to provide basic Zip functionality. I downloaded it and installed it, but I kept getting the message that my trial period had expired and that I needed to pay $50 to continue. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the software. Several times, cookies were installed, deleted, and so forth. DISAPPOINTED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT. I'll come up with a different solution. However, I have been unable to obtain a refund. Criminal.
For over 25 years, I've relied on WINZIP, and it has never let me down. This program will absolutely provide you with 50% or more space if you need to save old data or photos.
Purchase and download are both simple processes.
