What is the total weight of all of the pieces? Is the 48" tall sturdy enough to hold a 50-pound Boxer Pit mix and a 30-pound Boxer Pit mix?

I'm not sure how much it weighs, but it's very light and has flimsy walls. So that it stays up, our 60-pound pit does not jump on it or try to bump it. She can turn and walk around in it because it expands to a large size. Because it is so tall, I believe she did not jump up on it.

Is it possible to enter the pen area through the door, or must you step over it even if it is open?

For a dog, this is excellent

For a medium-sized dog, this works well. Because I use the fence around the dog house where the dog spends the night, I used longer stakes. He's not a jumper, so if you have a dog who jumps up on the fence, I'm not sure how well he'll hold up.

It's a good product; it's a good size, height, and weight, and it's fairly sturdy, unless you have a 4 month old lab like me who would jump up and push it around

As a result, it appears that a smaller dog would be more suitable. I couldn't stake it in the ground because I wanted to use it inside. I've taken it outside and wrapped it around some new bushes to keep her away from them. br>Yes, this product is something I would recommend.

You should consider your pet's energy level, strength, and rambunctiousness before putting them in here; my 2-year-old boxer is kennel trained, but he knocked the playpen over once and got out before we secured it to some wooden boards (we had it inside). It's been great since we got it, easy to set up, and quite large and tall. Even the kids pretend it's a jail cell when they play cops and robbers, so it has a lot of uses! haha.
