The mini rex loved these too, which I gave him as a present. You may want to consider using a larger size if you wish your rabbit to fully lay on it, however, my rabbit would toss it around and play with it and it was just right for him to do so.
It's a naturally occurring mix of straw and grass.

Apparently something about the fresh grass is appealing to her for she will not stop tearing them apart and eating them. I have attached the mats to a triangular structure so she has good leverage for destruction. There are no hazardous or inedible pieces in the mats, as they are bound with grass ropes. We have so much fun doing this activity together! I think it's great to relieve boredom and to keep her teeth trimmed down!
It's great to see her so excited about something, especially now that she has turned 10! The year 1999).
I have a Holland Lopi (a small dog 4lbs) and he loves to lie down on these mats as well as eat them. This is likely not big enough to sleep on for larger rabbits (6 lbs+) but smaller breeds will find it fine. Thin and densely woven, they're very thick. Also, don't have a bad smell. It is a significant savings over the three pack I was paying for, so I recommend getting this four pack. As far as I can tell, this is the same product I purchased before, just in a bigger bundle. It is technically possible to reseal their plastic packaging (if you don't open it too often and wear out the adhesive) to maintain the freshness of the other mats as well. It takes her about 2 weeks for her to eat a whole mat for a small Lop. This item ends up being bought every 2 months for me.
This is one of the rabbit's favorite treats. The first two photos are of his cage (shown in the photos), and the last few are of his exercise pen area outside of the cage. It's like he is laying on a huge pillow and chewing on it. With the chewing, they do not look as pretty after a while, but this is only to be The item is a hay product that is meant to be chewed and eaten, so there is no doubt it is safe for use. He chews on them a lot so I feel like they are holding up quite well. I've included a photo of the second photo to show the way the hay pieces begin to splinter off as he chews There will be pieces of hay scattered around, but again, I think this is to be expected when using this kind of product. You can probably remove poop pieces from this fairly easily, but you will not be able to wash it off. As I said, it isn't something I would expect with this product. Initially, I was a little worried about how it would work. But the item turned out great and I plan on keeping it.
All three of my bunnies really like.
I gave these to my rabbit and she loved them! It was easy for him to adjust to them, maybe a little too easily. In the 12 hours during which these were in there, he replaced them entirely with hay, and his poops became black There may be too much protein in this hay for your bunny, so I wouldn't recommend having too much. Still, I am not going to leave them in the cage, but he gets to play with them. For the lack of information and badly presented information, I have given the book two stars.
This was not really eaten by my bunny. Rather than a litter box, he used this as his litter mat, which I suppose is fine with me. He used it to pee on it, so I was fine with that. His teeth were hurting, so I was hoping that squeezing it would help. I was able to clean his cage more easily, and he was happy, so what did I care? It will be convenient to wash the dishes more often if I buy more.
I give these hay mats to my bunny because she loves them so much. As a cage liner, they turned into his favorite toy since I bought them. Since they are made of materials that cause no stomach upset or digestive issues, they have been an excellent choice for him. The toys have been in his possession for months and he still enjoys carrying them while running around his play area while tearing them apart. You won't pay as much as if you bought the single mats from Oxbow, which cost around five dollars each. I won't have to worry about him running out of things to chew on because this large pack has plenty of items to keep him busy. This product is recommended by bunny!.
The four packs were a great deal for me. There are no problems with these. This is a very small room. I think it would be better for a pen of this size. We will not be purchasing from this retailer If you buy this 4 pack for $10, you get two mats per mat. The price is $50 for There is no value for the money spent.
