I would recommend staying away from this company and My order fulfillment issues started earlier this year when I ordered directly from them. Now I've experienced this issue as well. Getting my Chin's paws cut when running on this is something I would never have expected. There seems to be some metal inside the wheel which isn't smooth. Do not order so you can keep your chins safe!.

After deciding to buy it in mid 2017 I was finally able to buy this wheel in January of 2018. My delivery person threw this wheel on my porch and I was worried it would get damaged, but the wheel didn't get dented or anything like that. There is no doubt that it is one of the most beautiful chinchilla wheels you could ever see. It is great that this wheel is wide enough to accommodate a wide running surface. Keeping my large chinchilla girl in it is easy because it provides plenty of space to run around. There was a stupid, poorly designed 12 inch Kaytee Silent Spinner wheel that my chinchilla used to have, which she would hop rather than run, and she would fall out of because it was too narrow for her. It was also very While I have tried other quiet wheels, the one in the picture is far and away the quietest I have encountered I have heard some noises with other silent wheels as well, but this one is by far the quietest As a comparison, the rest of the group was very loud. Despite its size, durability, quietness, and the fact that it is usually bigger, this wheel allows my chinchilla to run the way it was meant to. This 15 inch chin spin wheel is so worth the money she spent on I have only one complaint about this product, and that is that it requires regular touching up of the paint when my chinchilla chews on it. That does not mean the product itself is defective, only my chinchilla chews everything she owns and believes she has. However, I think this wheel is going to last a very long time. The 12" wheel I had for my chinchilla when he was a baby was too big for him once he started growing, and once he was a full grown, his wheel was too heavy for him. The best ever! After buying 5 different spinning wheels, two of which are silent spinners, I decided enough was enough since they were so loud and kept me awake since their cages are in the room where I sleep. Those silent spinners were a little loud, but I rigged them so that they weren't so loud. This wheel compares to them in every way. A few years ago, I would have bought one of these! With this wheel, I can only hear their tiny, cute feet pitter patting away (lightly hitting a metal pot as if it were frozen pees). We have two chinchillas and one runs louder than the other on my previous wheel. I am amazed at the size of the wheel! In my bottom level, I have a critter nation 2 story that takes up a little more than half of the space. It is so large that people will not have to worry about their chins running into it. I would definitely recommend spending a bit more on this wheel. The money you spend on this is 100x worth it!.

Having done some research was a great idea. I can use this wheel with my chin baby perfectly. When running, she has plenty of space to stretch. The cage in which my chin came does not appear to have an exercise wheel, and I wonder if it ever did. The cage we have for her now is much larger, and this wheel arrived a week or so I was amazed how quickly she can get going after running so much and wearing herself out to the point that she was falling asleep on her side. It's a lot quieter at night than I expected it would be, but I can hear her running from time to time. It is well made and I am sure it will last for a long time. As for noisy, it was so loud when the chinchilla jumped off that if you were standing next to the cage, it was quite loud. Those wheels from the pet store were too small for our chin, and our dog could jump over them but not run. Furthermore, they were super noisy and I would often have to take them down at night to get some I love the chin spin and my chinchilla is able to run naturally because of it. She has taken to it over the last few days, and now we hardly hear her cry anymore! All I hear are her feet hitting the metal, and I have to pay close attention to whatever she is saying.
