This was not our first purchase from Derby. The Derby line has been my go-to for a dog coat over the last 15 years, so when I was looking for a durable coat for my short-haired dog, this was my first choice. We are very happy with the quality! If you play tough with your pups, the stitching on this bag is really thick and the fabric is incredibly durable. They also added a hind leg strap to secure the tail end, which is a great addition since the velcro on my last blanket wore through. I am in love with the large buckles because my last blanket wore through after several months. To give a size reference, we bought a blanket 26" in diameter, and it fits our puppy Approximately 27" tall to the crown of his head, he is a 65 lb Weimaraner and weighs 65 pounds. The blanket that hangs off the end of his tail protects his tail from rain and snow. He has a slender build and has about an inch of it hanging off his hindend. While he stays outside during the cold winters in Utah, he is provided with sufficient warmth by the 1200D series. The blankets do not leak water or snow either, which is a huge benefit for his sake during the cold season. Several of my pet friends have already made purchases from this product, and I know a couple who have purchased it happily as well.

We don't use it year round, but her old coat was ugly and rubbed, but not torn. When these new coats are in the washer, it's her back up. Since I now buy ONLY Derby Originals dog coats, and I am buying my second set from the same seller, this is my third. It was very hard finding coats like this one that were so well made! Buying cheap coats time and time again is not a good idea! A bomb will cost a bit more, so spend a bit more A coat that will stand the test of time, even if heavy abuse is applied!.

Good value for the money. My favorite part of this coat is the collar! The 85lb male Dobermann I have bought this for likes it so much. It is very durable, and I have used it in temperatures as low as -35 degrees. The temperature was 30 degrees Fahrenheit with wind and humidity). My senior dog needs this for the upcoming cold weather so I ordered it ahead of time so I can use it when I need it. A little more than a month ago, I purchased a red/black 17" windstorm series and an electric blue/black 17" windstorm series for my 30-inch television A 35 pound mix of beagles. I find both blankets to be highly durable and made from the highest-quality materials We use quality materials for all our projects. In spite of daily use over the past thirty days with two very rough boys, the blankets have held up well and look like new. The reason I put four stars instead of five is solely because my two seem to jump out of the blanket when it is snowing heavily. There are two ways to get rid of a blanket either they get the front latch/fabric stuck underneath one arm, or they manage to remove it fully. Generally speaking, the blankets provided excellent comfort for my guys and fit very well lengthwise.

The chair is very comfortable, not too heavy and not too bulky. This pattern is pleasing to the eye and is easy to follow. The jacket is light enough that it will not overheat him and will keep him dry as well. As much as I would have liked to give it a 5 star rating, I wish it had a little cuff along the top portion by his neck like one It would sit lower if it were higher, leaving part of his neck In every other aspect, it is perfect. It's so nice to have such a nice Dogs and horses have been part of my life since I was a child. It's sort of like a dog blanket made out of horse fur. It is also no problem for my dog to put it on! You're right, I love.

It is a fantastic coat and the buckle system is a vast improvement over the Velcro. In my opinion, things like this are very important for those of us of "a certain generation" and I am glad that the company thought about our opinions. There is a video I would like to add, but I don't.
