In that case, I didn't do that. I noticed that the bucket of water I was sitting the rocks in had turned blue - A black color. It even had dye residue in the bucket or tub itself.

This is not a good buy. They attracted me at first, but after a month in the tank, the water had black specks floating all over it. To clean their tank and move the fish to another tank temporarily, I dumped out the current tank and moved the fish into a new one.

The rocks were used in my messy Betta tank, which wasn't the best idea because Betta tanks require frequent cleanings and water changes. Rinsing the rocks is a bit difficult since they are slippery.

The fabric is difficult to clean and gets filth everywhere, even though at first it looks good. The color eventually loses its vibrancy.

It took several months for the dust to disappear even after several washings.

As I rinsed them, I was worried there would be black dye leakage, but nope, no residue. This is a great product!.
