This tank is not a good choice. It is more difficult for fish to swim in this kind of space. It is Betta's who make bubbles the best, and they will not be able to make them in this I don't think it would be comfortable. There won't be enough space.

I bought this just for temporary transfer tank for my fish before I put them in the aquarium just for 15 to 20 minutes but its not useful for keeping fish of any kind for very long. It's like abuse to the Betta fish. Just don't buy it as a permanent aquarium.
This would make a great beta for my daughter. She has plenty of room in her room, and it looks cute. We only did not like the pink rocks because they were so small. If I were to clean the little tank, I would have to dump the little tanks into the sink since there is no easy way to keep them and clean them.
