It was about six months ago that we bought a smaller similar device, and we were happy with it, so we wanted to look for a second one so we could keep one nearby. This new one turned out to be larger and had a better range, so I gave it a try. It blew me away! My dogs are being harmed from a much greater distance when this occurs. There has been a forward movement of at least 20 feet. I would definitely recommend this product and purchase one again.
