Thank you for this training collar. I appreciate and am grateful for it. It is a true miracle that this training device exists. had a husky/lab mix that would howl and bite and go nuts at this point. He would be inconsolable by this point and not listen at all. It didn't work. We tried to ring and vibrate but it didn't work. It was an unpleasant sensation to be suddenly shocked by ONE zap with a very low voltage. I However, that was four months ago, and we have never had to use any more than the bell since then. It is very disappointing to me that my great grand daughter, 7, and my grand son, 3, were violently abused by that person. The only time he took off after me and my husband was when he got excited. The rest of the time was always great. It is a great product that I highly recommend.

In my opinion, this is the ONLY collar at this price point that actually works, and maybe even too good to be true. If you are not sure, start out at 10 power to see how your dog responds. There is a German Shepherd mix who weighs 80 pounds, and a Shepherd Retriever mix who weighs 50 pounds. She literally ran backwards yelling for help after it zapped her so hard that she fell over. It had been set for our 80 pound dog, but it was accidentally set for our 50 pound Shepherd. We felt terrible for her and have now set the age to When utilized sparingly, this type of training device is very effective. The design of this controller is so simple and clean, in comparison with many others. This is a highly recommended item. There are eight ineffective collars that have made their way to the trash.

In my first dog (a black one), I trained him well and he was mostly obedient after treats were distributed, but throughout the years, his breed's desire to chase and bite overcame his politeness. Creating a lack of desire to behave when he was playing or chasing/terrorizing neighborhood cats was an indication of lack of maturity. Although I was hesitant to decide to purchase a 'shock collar', I still did it because I needed medical treatment The fact that the collar was waterproof was what sold me on this product along with the options of beeping and vibrating as well.
I found this product to be easier to use and to train my dog with than I expected. Whenever he was not listening, I beeped at him, and if he still was not listening, I vibrated him. Once he has been struck 3 times, he would be I let him do this for the first two days and now I just let him do it while he's A beep from me stops him and he comes to me immediately. Changing the game has been a great experience. In my dog's case, he only needs to be shocked on level 16 since he weighs 65 lbs. The hound puppy I recently got is a hound & the puppy is a mutt Usually used to counteract his barking, this collar was geared more towards helping him control his outbursts. When he barked, I would vibrate him- After a moment of barking, the noise Usually he would also jump on me if I wasn't paying attention - I had to nip that in the bud as soon as possible as I have young children in the family. The collars I have been wearing are so helpful - This is particularly important for dogs that are rambunctious and who love to play in water. A collar like this can never be damaged. As of right now, I have attached the receiver to both of my dogs' leather collars & leashes Normally, they keep them plugged in all the time - Put them back on when the child sleeps, but remove them when he or she wakes. There are no words to describe how much I like this product In the collars, the battery life is about two months. The collars are very comfortable and I highly recommend them Their dogs are so well behaved that I recommended them to everyone who commented on their behavior.

THE UPDATE IS An issue with the receiver prevented it from charging. The customer service department mailed me a brand new collar/receiver/remote set without charge after I contacted them. It was a pleasure dealing with you. Thank you! This so far has been a great product. I bought this for our second dog as a separate receiver so he could have access to the food-dispensers as we travel.

My life and that of my dog have been transformed by this tool. It only took me a single shock on 30 and after that it was just the vibrate setting that shocked him. We used to run together and now he walks along with me as we go throughout It's almost too good to be true. It was a bit daunting at first (trust me, I thought it was BS) but my dog responded positively immediately. Make sure you use treats to reward him when he comes when called or is a good boy. In the beginning, I have tried methods like clicker training and saw almost no response after doing it nearly every day for weeks and weeks. The mattress is comfortable enough to sleep on. If he's around, I take it off (but those days he's around the house already, I don't wear it).

I like the fact that all collars can be controlled with one remote. It's very nice to be able to program all of your collars at the same time. In the beginning, I tried only two collars because it is impossible for me to get my three dogs to listen around squirrels in my backyard, and I was going to get a third one. For the past several years, I've had to get several remotes for these different devices, so I'm looking forward to having them all on one remote. As for the collar itself, it feels like pretty sturdy plastic and comes with a micro USB charger so charging it is easy. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to buy a collar for their dog and am so glad that the remote is also rechargeable. I'll definitely get a third collar for my other dog and would recommend it to anyone wanting.

I have 2 mid-size dogs (55 and 55 lbs. It works perfectly with my 65lbs) and these. My dogs are already recognizing when they hear the beep when it is time to stop the incorrect behavior right after using these devices for only a few days. There have been several times when we've struggled with verbal warnings, and these have saved the day. It is also appreciated by the neighbors because when our dog barks a lot in the yard, we vibrate the collar and the dog becomes distracted and stops These would be a great training product for general training, and also for older dogs who have stubborn behaviors. In the case of those hesitant to buy because of the "shock" or stimulation effect, vibrating the collar will provide the same results. In the past, to allow our dogs to roam freely, we would have to check outside to ensure that no one was around. This product has made all the difference in the world.
