We have now purchased our 4th thrower from our third In the past 3 weeks, we have had two ifetch toos, one godogo, and The one I like the most is this one. In the first 6 months, both of the ifetch machines failed. It was a nice godogo but it shot straight into the sky. Unlike others, this one shoots up and out and has four different ranges plus a random one, which is what I'm using for my Heeler so he won't anticipate where it will go and avoid getting shot. I also raised the matching since our dog will be putting his paw into the hole to activate the machine. I'll update again in a month, then three if this one continues to work. It seems Amazon has now shortened its return window to 2 days Our warranty is only 3 weeks, so if it fails, we will lose A very expensive toy. However, it keeps my dog occupied during the day so I can get my work done.

You will not get your money's worth with this ball launcher!! I had high hopes but it turned out to be totally worthless the first day we had it it didn't work, the second day it stopped working but after I took off the back panel and played around with a few things it started working again

During the first week, the program worked fine It was a hit with our dog. If that were to happen, it would not work. I tried cleaning the sensors, but it did not work. This product left me very disappointed.

Perhaps the best thing we have ever bought for them. Playing ball is a favorite pastime for both our dogs. It has been difficult to teach them how to put the ball in the machine. They probably prefer that we throw it to them.

There is nothing good about this product! You cannot throw it even 20 feet on maximum power if you buy it for a big dog

My conditioner won't shut off after two days of rain! I've had it for a couple of days and it rained outside when I had it. No protection against the weather. I strongly advise you not to buy this!.

I am very impressed with the quality of this product. My basketball shoots the balls a little farther than I'd like. The larger unit may have been better suited to my needs.
