REVIEW HAS BEEN ADDITIONALLY UPDATED These bags should be avoided! Cornstarch has been difficult to come by, and I've had to look everywhere
3/5

poo bags that are based on I live in the city, so I go through at least two of these every day, and I believe it's critical to spend a little more money on bags that are ACTUALLY biodegradable. This is the second brand of cornstarch bags I've purchased, and I believe they're better than the first because these rolls fit better inside a poo bag holder and are easier to tear off. //br>**** UPDATE ***
I gave this item five stars at first, but after going through the entire box, I can't stand these any longer. The perforation location and the seal/seam at the bottom of the bag are WRONG. Which means that as you go through a single roll, you'll eventually get bags that are sealed on both ends or bags that aren't sealed at all, meaning that if you tried to put your hand in the bag, you'd just be picking up dog doo unprotected. It's absurd and inconvenient to have to double-check that the bag you're about to use is actually a bag and not a useless tube of material. I've tied some at the bottom, but this drastically reduces the bag's capacity and my ability to tie it once it's full. I once double-checked that the bag was sealed on the bottom before picking up poo and tying the top, only to have the bottom rip open and poo fall at my feet. Just stay away from these and look for a similar product from another brand; trust me, I'm saving you time and aggravation. as well as the possibility of disaster.

It's riddled with flaws and completely ineffective
3/5

This is a disaster. They're so thin that the bag has split along the fold lines, leaving only shredded plastic ribbons! What a waste of time! I'd like to get my money back.

"Too biodegradable" could be a problem: I really wanted to like these because they're biodegradable and eco-friendly, but I'm afraid I'll have to give them two stars
3/5

I have three large dogs, ranging in age from 75 to 100 pounds each. Because he weighs 110 pounds, he will obviously require a lot more cleaning than a smaller dog, which could be a factor in this case. Even if the bag is tied off, you can literally SMELL the poop after picking up their poop. Through the bag, you can feel the steaming warm poo moisture, which sticks to your skin and leaves the scent. I'm glad I didn't have to use these in the rain because they would have melted. And yes, I, too, have ripped a hole in something with my fingernail. Twigs or sticks that were near the poo and were put in the bag with it will frequently poke out, leaving me with three dog leashes in one hand and torn poo bags in the other, praying we don't see a squirrel. It had turned into a shambles. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these for larger dogs, and honestly, the bags are so large (even for my BIG dogs) that using them for smaller dogs seems like a waste as well. It's possible that they'll have to be redone: / Despite this, I'm awarding two stars for moving in the direction of environmentally friendly bags.

I'm using these for cat litter instead of dog waste because the opening isn't particularly large, especially when
4/5

So instead of dog waste, I'm using these for cat litter, as the opening isn't as large as the plastic grocery bags I've been using. This was inconvenient. Then it occurred to me that I could use some sort of container, line it with waste bags, and scoop the litter waste into the bag that way. It's performed admirably. I also feel a lot better about cutting down on Publix's plastic bags. We have two cats, so when I'm done scooping, this bag is about half-full to two-thirds full.

These bags are fantastic
5/5

These bags are fantastic. It's difficult to find good compostable poop bags (how is it even legal to make plastic disposable anything anymore?). br>br>These are big, strong, and they don't disintegrate if you look at them the wrong way. or from the presence of moisture When you try to open most compostable poop bags after they've been exposed to even a little humidity in the air, they immediately seal shut and/or tear and puncture, leaving you with a useless chunk of torn glob. Which isn't ideal when you've got a fresh pile of turd in front of you and two dogs eager to keep walking! But with these bad boys, you won't have to be concerned about any of that! They do an excellent job of working and carrying a load. There is no such thing as a bad poop party! br>br>I'm from Texas, and I've been using this brand for over a year. We've just finished the rainiest part of the year, and they're still going strong! My dogs are: If I have a Malinois and a sheepdog, I can fit both poo surprises in one bag if they do their business at the same time. It's great that you're not wasting as much money as you used to. br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative When the regular/unscented scent was out of stock, I bought the rose scent out of desperation, and while it smelled lovely (a natural rose scent: It was extremely strong and gave me a headache (one of my favorites). I only got through a few bags before having to return the package and make do with stand-in cheaper bags (i. e. , evil plastic bags from my neighboring dog park) while I waited for the regular ones to come back in stock. Some people have said that the rose scent is delicate, and while it is delicate, it is a strong dose of said delicate scent. Though I have a sensitive nose and we're all unique, it might work for you. When it comes to poo and garbage of all kinds, I prefer unscented items as well: Poop bags, toilet paper, garbage bags, bathroom sprays, and other similar items are available. You just end up with floral-scented grossness, and every time you smell it, it reminds you of poo, rather than the pleasant aroma it began with. Regardless of my ramblings, BUY THESE BAGS! Only the green, unscented variety is preferred.
