I submitted an update for the 20th of February. My customer service experience was enhanced by a personal note and a fully assembled scooper I received after posting a 1 star review. My surprise was real, because I had no idea what to expect. From a 1 to 5 I changed it simply because of their effort to show how much they appreciate their customers. Their letter stated that they were aware of the problems relating to assembly, and that they would launch a campaign to improve assembly. The scooper I bought from them did not need to be returned. A good product that arrived quite quickly. I bought based on reviews. This seemed like it would be a simple process. There is no such thing. No matter how we tried, we couldn't get the picture to look like the ones on the website. A bent rake was also present. This was a very disappointing purchase for me. Due to the hassle of returning, I will not return.

My sincerest thanks go out to the team at Service Magic who provided me with outstanding and above and beyond customer service. I didn't even expect them to see my review but I'm Now that the length is exactly what I needed, I'm in love with it and will purchase one for my aunt who desperately needs itIn the end, I bought this scooper because my old one broke and I saw reviews saying it was resistant, which I can assure you it is. After going through quite a few, I know I can't dig a hole with it unless I really try, which is really a relief after having gone through so many. This is a very strong and durable bag that feels like quality (if that makes any sense). It's also very light. The complaint that I have is My height is not excessive (5ft 7in) and honestly, it bothers me how short the handle of the rake is. I wish it was an extra inch or two higher. Although it does not seem like that big a deal, I have three large dogs and a very large yard. I am lazy, and I scoop only once Long story short, there's a lot of bending over, and after doing it over and over and over again, my back starts to hurt. Although I really enjoy the set, I'm not sure I'll be using it for a long time. Will I better buy another pan and steal the stick from this one to make the rake longer, or will it cost me more to buy another pan?.
