Questions & Answers
How do I hook the leash onto the collar so I can take my dog outside?
According to the instructions, the collar is to be weaved through the straps of the donut dog neck cones. In the inside part of the dog surgery collar (along the neck) there are three loops, perhaps for attaching If we pass the basic collar to a donut collar, we can still use a It's better than what you get from a veterinarian. This is a very
There is a wound on the face of my dog. The collar will prevent her from scratching it, but will it prevent her from biting ?
My personal belief is that it will not help heal a wound, depending on where it is. The funnel type protector is the best way to stop the scratching of the face. When a dog is wearing this protector, its head is fully exposed to the elements. That might be helpful for your pooch and I am sorry for his pain.
In what way can it be blown ?
There is a video on the product page that shows how it is used. Having watched the video, I learned that it is very easy to inflate. A valve controls the flow of air. When you blow up a beach ball, it will feel like a bubble. If you would like to do this, you will need an electric pump. During the video, you will see these steps Here are the points to remember 1. You need to find the air valve. 1. Pin the air valve. 2. Press the air valve. The air valve needs to be blown 4. Make sure that the air valve is tight 5. Use the adjustable rope to secure the hook
Is it possible for dogs to reach their front paws while wearing it?
It depends on the dog's ability to detach it, my dog took it off easily, so it's a good product, better than a plastic cone, but it depends on how quick he can get it off

This tire is hard to keep inflated and does not inflate very The collar, as well as a recovery body suit, were used in a spay/neuter procedure with my There is a very short valve on the collar, so it is impossible to proper inflate it
It took me several attempts to even get it to inflate! I needed a non-pointed tool to open the valve. In the end, it did, but was quickly sucked dry. I am unhappy with this product.

The cone of shame is no match for Besides the fit being perfect, it worked very well on my dog
He had a tumor removed from behind his ear and the first thing he did after getting home was rub his neck on the carpet, which started bleeding. I bought this, and it worked well. My only issue was when it was put on with the bottom opening. It looked like he got his leg caught under it somehow.

An alternative to cones that is great
I couldn't believe how well they worked - even after our yorkies had been neutered 2 weeks ago! The patients didn't mind wearing them and didn't have the ability to scratch or lick Only when we were walking them did we take them off. A comfortable pillow that didn't block their vision and made them feel comfortable to sleep with. I highly recommend this book.

I used it after my Aussie underwent surgery and this worked great! Neither he nor his family had to wear the "cone of shame". I really like the quality of this product! We would buy from this seller.

A much better option than traditional E collars
This was a great product to use after my puppy was neutered. . . A plastic e collar that she received from the vet was a disaster, and so bulky and heavy that she could not even pass It was much better this time! Her incision is just large enough to prevent her from reaching it.
