I could not be happier with how this product worked for my 15 year old dog! This is an awesome product! Pitbull that is 15 years old started having hind leg problems where he was getting very weak in them and was finding it hard to climb the deck stairs to use the bathroom when he went out side
5/5

(there are only 3 steps in all). In addition to walking, he also had problems with his balance. It seemed like a good idea, so I decided to try it. Having observed the way he walks every now and then for a couple of weeks, I have observed a difference. It seems he has a little more energy now and he is able to navigate the three steps on the deck easier now when he goes outside and comes inside! You may want to consider this product if your dog has problems with joints.

This is the most wonderful thing ever! I feel so bad for my winter, when my dog, who is 10 years old, had less activity, she got in so much pain she could not After I bought this product, I was amazed at how effective it is! Two days later, she was up and running around again, limping no longer and feeling like her old self
5/5

This product works. Normally I am very skeptical about products, but I can say this one has no doubts. Having a dog who is so hurt she could not walk broke my heart. My dog is my best friend, and when she was in so much pain, she wasn't able to do anything!.

The product is great, but you can get it Since I switched my dog to this supplement about two months ago (so probably about two months), she seems to be doing well
3/5

Since switching from her old supplement to this one, I have noticed quite a difference in her orthopedic condition (elbow dysplasia, a TTA done on her left thigh, and a healed partial acl tear on her right rear. She turned 6 recently). The bag I purchased from Amazon is my first order from them. There is a dry patch on it that no longer looks like the original. It's the same product, but I think it's less effective since my dog seems to be less excited to eat it. Yes, it is the same product. I think, however, that this seller is not properly storing the product. The lesson I learned from this experience is that perseverance pays off. You shouldn't buy certain things online. This product is awesome, I highly recommend it. If you do decide to purchase, be sure to buy from a seller who knows what they have and how to store it to maintain freshness.

I am pretty sure that my Labrador is at least 11 years old (without hip dysplasia)
5/5

There's no way I would miss my 11-year-old Labrador (who does not have hip dysplasia). Since she doesn't talk very often, it's impossible for me to verify this. While she leaps 28" up onto our bed without grunting like she used to before we started her on this supplement, she still does that. There is nothing better than a bon-bon Chewable tablet in the shape of a bon. There are 60 bottles in a case. Oddly, we found this same product offered by Cosequin DS at Costco for less than what it is at Amazon, and the bottle contains 180 tablets. Cosequin is currently only available at Costco, but it lacks one of its key constituents Various plant extracts are commonly used in the treatment of inflammation, such as Boswellia Serrata from India. There is a 2017 expiration date on the Amazon bottle, while the 2019 expiration date is on the Costco bottle. This could mean that they just refined their formula and realized that the Boswellia Serrate was redundant. Not sure what it is. Honestly, it does not seem to make any difference, the bottle with or without it seems to work just as well for my Lab. I don't think she's said anything else since she was last here.

A picky dog's dream come true
5/5

The short version is that this worked for our dog - when we had to work hard to get her to eat them. It took about a month for me to notice a difference after trying the recommended dose and duration. You might want to give it a try! I just want to tell you a long There are about 6 years between my girl and me Despite the fact she is only seven years old and a pit/lab mix rescue, we have fed her glucosamine supplements of some kind for the past two years. It was her front leg that occasionally lacked a limp. She will experience stiffness when she first wakes up or after a physical activity such as walking through a park or on the It's probably a small tear, and the vet has told us there's nothing we can do unless we pursue surgery, which she does not recommend, this would also require crate recovery, so there's nothing to be done as it's a minor wound. She had been chained for many years and caged in a box for long periods of time before she was rescued, so a crate would never be appropriate for The dog loves food and treats in general, but she is wary of anything that looks like medicine. When we got her, she had heartworms and as part of her treatment, we tried hiding the pills in peanut butter, cheese and meats, hotdogs, She knows how to sneak in a variety of ways. For these chews, we gave her 3 chews a day for the first 6 weeks based on her weight, and at first she didn't want to touch them. After a couple of days, she started licking them, wanting them but disliking that they became In her attempts to get away from the chew, she would repeatedly smack her mouth and stare at it. The following tips should help. As I and my husband performed our pretend meal, we talked all kinds of yummy sounds and said the word "delicious", a word she knows and starts drooling at when we use it. I would talk excitedly each time I brought out the bag, telling her what a lucky girl she was to receive such a goodie. The fact that she won't try anything new every time is not new to us we have tried it every time with a new vitamin for a number of weeks with little result. After chewing on one, falling to the ground, then eating it a few days latter, she finally started eating them during the second week. As a tentative! After a setback, she suddenly stopped eating them for a couple days. Despite that, we kept it. Currently we are on two supplements every day and have consumed six bags of food. Scooby snacks are now the stuff of legend, and our dog goes nuts whenever we ask if she wants some. She gets her favorite treat at the same time, a fancy jerky treat for dogs. The jerky is broken up into bite-size pieces and I give her glucosamine chews along with it. She eats the jerky first, but grabs the supplements at the end of the meal. Initially, I was going to reward her for eating the glucosamine with jerky after she ate it, but I found she was more motivated if I gave her the jerky beforehand. After these are consumed she goes straight to the fridge to get a cold drink. I'm thinking it's because they are sticky so keep the water handy. She used to limp about three times a week in the mornings in the first few hours of waking until she was awake enough to walk around and get out of her kinks. There were times when the discomfort would last most of the day, sometimes an entire week, and you could tell she must have strained it from a previous trip. There were a few days when we skipped a walk, and we was walking like the superbowl when it was so fun. She won't use the ramps on our bed or in the car, and I got dog ramps for the car as well. To prevent walks as well as rides, we would forgo the latter as well. We seemed to be punishing her, and I felt awful. constantly nudge her leash and wait in front of the garage door hoping to go for a walk. She would cry as she scratched at the door to get a drive. Dog gets separation anxiety so I never leave her alone. She is very active and likes to be with me all the time. While some days she works with my husband, I find out that she spends other days eating too many snacks on her couch at Grandma's house. As a result, we all had to make adjustments to our schedules when her arm was acting up. However, her limp reduced her quality of life, despite the fact that she did not seem to be in Since she is such a sensitive dog, resting it really affected her emotionally, and we had to find a way to help her. We didn't have imagining done and the vet says it's possible that it was arthritic pain rather than soft tissue damage that caused the limp. These supplements have worked so well at reducing the limp that I now believe it was arthritic pain. she has been taking the supplements over the last few months, she has only had one instance of waking up with a very minor limp that lasted for Even though we've sometimes been able to get supplements into her, it was not consistent enough to help the limp. It's been two years since the limp began intermittently, and this is by far the longest she's survived without a relapse. It is important to use the correct dosage in the beginning. This will allow their bodies to build up glucosamine, and this can have a positive effect on their To start, I recommend purchasing two bags or a larger 120 count, because you'll probably go through a 60 count in a couple of weeks, and you probably won't see any noticeable results When you're dealing with a picky eater, keep trying, it is worth it and they will eventually catch on! The product is great, the price is fair, and delivery is always quick. We would like to thank you for helping our daughter!.

The joint pain is gone thanks to this product! My senior dog had trouble getting the results I sought with the regular Cosequin
5/5

So I bought this to give him some relief. It is so much easier for her to get around now that she is on the Professional Line. The dog has no trouble with our stairs anymore. She goes up and down the stairs with ease and speed. As if she were a puppy again, she lays down and gets up. Even more importantly, she is playing a little more now. I can definitely see this product becoming a staple in our home.

The elderly dog benefits from this
5/5

This chew was given to my elderly parent at an early enough age, that there were no problems. The joints of this man who is over 13 years old are still in good shape. Because I have experience using glucosamine and chondroitin for ourselves and for other dogs, I am confident that it will work. prefer the ones that contain Boswellia ( it comes in various flavors within this brand). When I started him on glucosamine and chondroitin, I saved the dog from having to have knee surgery. The only brand I used back then was human because you need both gluco and chondr in the right amount. In an effort to help. make sure you are aware that you will not get "old ones". I usually make sure that they are fresh by ordering them and picking them up at a pet store or petco.
