There is a fold of less than an inch, more or less 2 centimeters in length
For a bit, a puppy can chew on the bowl material, but it should be sturdy enough to prevent damage. The problem is, I don't think the paper will hold up to prolonged chewing!
It's best just to clean with water and soap. There have been no reports of any leaks from our customers.

Not sure why, perhaps he doesn't like the feeling of his snoot going into the bowl (which narrows towards the top as opposed to opening up like most bowls). Nonetheless, my dog's a weirdo who has different tastes than I do. The only way I got him to drink from it is to simply put water in it on the lowest level (you can open it up to three levels). It seems like a great design, to be honest. In comparison to the silicone bowl it replaces, I prefer this bowl. There's just no way to tell if my dog understands! I have one small nit to mention A leash is harder to attach to it because the loop on the back is relatively small. There should be a small carabiner attached to it to serve that purpose.
I believe it has less to do with the bowl as a whole and more to do with the way my dog uses The dog food always gets stuck in the bottom when I'm opening and closing the door. She always closes it and I have to push it back open. My opinion is that it is just okay. The material seems to be a bit thin to me. I wish it were thicker or something so that she wouldn't crush it so She might not close it without my help if that means I have a harder time. The one in her dog food travel bag isn't my favorite either, but it's fine for her.
Lightweight bowls like this are so refreshing! The golden retriever loves this bowl and it has been a staple in his daily life All summer, I have been adding water and food to the dish. Its been a bowl of fun from camping, to baseball, to road trips, to the beach. Despite being lightweight, this tent is very stable when it is The dish can even be lowered to half its height if you want There is a major difference between this portable dish and others we have had in the past -- it collapses perfectly flat, stretches all the way, and stays open all the way! Although it has been sitting with water all day, it still does not leak. In spite of being out in the sun for a week at our campsite, it did not fade. We have had to put our dog's food dish on the floor a few times when he was eating out of it, but he doesn't seem to mind.
I have two bowls, one for food and one for drinking we go camping with my dog. They work perfectly, fold flat for transport, etc. My girl gets a little scared when camping since her leash bangs against metal or heavier bowls they are the perfect quiet solution for her comfort while away from.
The girl likes it, luckily! Having the ability to fold the collapsible height to wherever you like is great, and so far on a 4 day trip, there have been no leaks. My curiosity is piqued to see how long the waterproof fabric will hold up, I have been hesitant at first, but so far no problems have arisen.
This is great for when I take the pups to the beach and need to bring along water.
The bowl stays put even when all three dogs (larger breeds) are trying to get some water. I am no longer carrying the travel bowl because it folds to easily spill (and waste) the water. The Ruffwear bowl is great, two small dogs can drink out of it simultaneously (if it is held upright). In its folded state, the device is light weight and easy to transport.
The fact that it has a rather large capacity and that its shape promotes stability and prevents spills are nice. With its flat folding design, it is easy to carry. Furthermore, it is not at all flimsy. Located under the loop is a place where you can attach a carabiner to add another carrying option.
It is light-colored In spite of what it looks like, it holds a lot of water considering its size, weight, and collapsibility. There is a small flat loop to attach it to your dog's collar so that you can wear it on your dog's neck. It took me 3 other products before I found this one. There is no other one and there is no other love than this. This bag holds four 18oz water bottles and is extra large, so it's perfect for dogs with big noses or for dogs that drink a lot of water. I would definitely recommend it!.
