My first impression is that the seatbelt is a good product

I bought it for my 6 month old pit bull mix who is unable to stay seated in the car when we are riding in There's a decent amount of stretch to it and it seems well-made. If an accident happens and she is suddenly stopped or collides, the one with the bungee will be able to give a little so she won't be too badly jarred.
However, for flexibility, it doesn't get much easier than buckling one end into the seatbelt buckle in your car and hooking the other end onto the dog harness. I had been looking for something just like this!.

As it is flexible, she can either lie down and watch out the window or sit and look out the window. In addition, it prevents her (and us) from slipping forward in case of a sudden stop. A product like this would have been great to have had earlier!.
