There were so many gaps in the pieces that I was left very disappointed with the product. It took me quite a while to get things screwed in and I had to buy new tools. A very limited amount of instructions and pictures are provided in the manual. The zippers of the front end did not zip so the opening on the front could not be used at all when they were ultimately put together. Once again, this is a low-quality product. The stroller is nice, but I asked for a refund and was told that I could have one, but I would have to pay shipping, which is more than what I paid for it. There is a new large dog stroller I bought and it works well. Apparently other people have enjoyed my stroller, so it's possible that I just got a lemon, but I'm unable to use or return it.

I found assembling this to be a real pain. Buying this is NOT a good idea! This cart is not worth that amount of money. They shipped it with the screw on the stroller that did not fit, so we were not able to Our cat first got trapped inside the dog house when we initially attempted to set it up. Eventually, we removed the cover to let him out, but the house collapsed and my 9 week old puppy ended up stuck inside for almost 30 minutes. I was very disappointed in the assembly and the robustness of this product. It is dangerous. In the event that my baby was injured, I would have filed a lawsuit. As I wrote to the seller about the assembly, they insisted that they would do everything they could to resolve the issue. The trash is in the bin. I'm shocked how cheaply made a product that costs so much Honestly, it is so upsetting that I haven't been given a refund when I was able to use this stupid thing, and my dog got trapped in there. I'm disgusted by this, and I don't think playing this way is okay for the seller.

I really like the design of this. It was easy to push and had ample ventilation. I have a bad back and I found this to be very easy to use. While it does collapse semi-flat, the wheels do not fold in, so the majority of my trunk space in my car was taken up by the wheels. The design is fantastic.

An excellent mode of transportation for large or very heavy dogs. I was not expecting it to be so large. It would provide a great opportunity to let even a non-mobile dog experience the great outdoors if you have a large dog, or perhaps two large dogs, who no longer are as mobile as they used to be.

I was surprised when it arrived after waiting a couple weeks, but the kit came in about 50 pieces and there were no instructions for assembly. In fact, it looks like pieces are missing or incorrectly arranged in the box (perhaps it was a return? The two adults tried to figure it out for a couple of hours before they finally gave up. The frustration is unbearable. It's back to the drawing board!.

It is fantastic to have such a stroller for dogs. Despite its lightweight nature, it is remarkably As compared to the last one, this one is a dream come true. There is plenty of room in it. Although it does not completely collapse, I am able to fit it into my SUV with one movement. I gave it a 5 out of 5 because it was lighter than my other stroller of the same size however, the instructions aren't as clear as I would have like. I found them to be of no help.

It is sturdy- I was able to hold my 50 lb dog without issue - The ventilation is good but the cons are The words *br The left wheel of the front of the cart always pulls the cart to the left, making steering difficult.
