In order to maintain my budget, I knew I needed an easy to clean pad and one that I could replace when I needed to upgrade my crate size without feeling like I spent a fortune. After reading the reviews here, I decided to get the MIXJOY. I am very happy with the purchase. It is soft, offers a lot of cushion, and is easy to maintain. The first few times I broke the pad in the middle of the night, I followed the cleaning instructions, added a small bit of Urine Odor Eliminator, and the pad came out clean, fresh, and unmatted each time. Having washed the pad three and four times, I was worried it would start falling apart in the wash, and the fur on top would mat up. However, the problem hasn't occurred! I leave my puppy unsupervised, and he chews when he is unsupervised, and he doesn't seem to be able to rip into it or There is only one complaint I have it shrank after washing in hot water to ensure it was clean and sanitary.
