I was missing a few items. My order did not come with enough cotton balls or sticky tabs to cover Cotton ball swaps were added to a few of the hats as an improvised touch. It was also very unattractive to the dogs. It seems that the string tie under their neck caused them a slight irritation. My treat table looked adorable with these on it. They worked for a quick photo op and were cute enough for a quick photo op. There would be no point in using these more than once.

I have a pit mix and she is about 60 pounds, with a small head, and this party hat is too small for her. That seems to be more suitable for breeds with small to medium size heads.
