Without a doubt! They worked great for our elderly dog who had trouble getting up from slick tile. I bought them for him and he was very happy with them! Her condition did not prevent her from getting up. The velcro does need to be adjusted however since they do spin around at times. I did not want to make the velcro too tight though. Older dogs can benefit from their great traction!
Three dogs, S/M/L, have tingled leashes that have never slipped off, only one (the 13lb Havanese) ever did, and that was because I did not secure the strap tightly I actually don't know of any other boots that stay on without slipping off, as all three of my dogs are fluffy with lots of fur.
The mats have been successful in stopping my lab from ripping the liners of my swimming pool. Once you get used to boots, it does take a little time. As well, he had trouble running in them at first. He has not had any issues now that he is accustomed
MY DOG WORE THE BOOTS, AND I UNDERSTANDED THE SIZE I ORDERED WAS TOO BIG. I CALLED AMAZON AND TOLD THEM THE ACTUAL SIZE WAS WRONG. I was given a return label and told it wouldn't be a problem to return them, if your dog is in between two sizes, I would advise ordering the smaller size. In my case, the larger size had insufficient adjustability to keep the pants on.

We think this product will come in handy. Whenever he reaches certain places, he slips and freezes in fear of falling. He is completely afraid to go there. amazed to see him walking freely around the house in these boots without a care in the world and full of confidence after wearing them for a few minutes. It is hard to describe how heart-melting it is to wear the boots. They are easy to put on and have been the best purchase we They are a size 7, and they fit perfectly. Dogs can weigh up to 90 pounds. I recommend using them outside in the snow and ice as well, just make sure when putting them on to tighten the straps because mine fell off the first few times I wore them. I would highly recommend this product!.
They are a good product for the price! They're a bit expensive but they are sturdy and durable, as well as they have good soles so the pups' feet are protected. However, the size chart that's displayed does not indicate what size they should give you. That's for their harnesses, right? It says that at least in the top left hand corner. A size 5 was suggested for my lab, but it was way too small, and I saw on the size chart box (see pic) that a size 6 should be for labs, and I placed the dog's foot on the size chart box and it was correct. Despite being a small lab/pit mix around 55 lbs, he has paws and claws that are larger than normal because he is It was a bit of a hassle returning them and buying a new pair, but for $20 it was totally.
It is our first year wearing these boots, and we chose them to protect her feet from chemical exposure and ice and snow. Is your pup like you? He wouldn't go out barefoot, so why should yours? Although her paws were slightly cold when the boots were removed, they were still You were successful! Based on reviews, we ordered size 6 for our Catahoula, who plays with smaller toys and is a 40lb dog. There is a need to train your dog to wear these. It took me about 5 minutes of training every time with treats to ensure that it was a positive experience for my dog. As soon as she sees boots, she knows that she'll get treats and have fun! The fact that her paws are dry and protected is appreciated! It's so nice to find affordable and good quality items like this! Update
*1/5/18 (2nd Winter Season)* These are the best dog boots I've ever owned that have kept their shape and lasted a long time. We have only had to replace them once as I hadn't adjusted them as snugly as needed when we first got these. The fact that your dog is allowed to have these foreign items on its feet will not be appreciated unless you put in the effort to make it a pleasing experience for them. My boots are now a reward because initially I had to use treats to put them on and take them off. All I can say is, now it's time to get those boots on or off, and she knows it's going to be a great She can keep them on all winter and her paws are protected from the chemicals and the cold. They have been a great buy for us and we are now in our second season with them.
A recent incident occurred when the recent cold weather and salt were not kind to It will no longer be necessary for me to worry about the weather torning up his paws. Soft and furry on the inside, it almost feels like you're holding a cloud. I gave my pet a pair of shoes for the first time ever. It was evident that he walked funny at first, but he became more adept after his first walk. The only con is that you can see where glue was used, but for me that is not important as long as the product is comfortable.
My dog is wearing the first pair of booties I bought for him, and I'm in love with It was a stray prior to me adopting her, and her paws were very raw Our walks got much better after a few minutes when she got used to these, and I noticed a difference there as well. Walking faster (even running) and taking no notice of the surface she is stepping on is not a problem for her. Every morning, we run a few miles, and she does not lose her shoes or move on them. My daughters and I live in Arizona, where it's sometimes 100 degrees in the morning when we walk with them, so I was worried the booties won't keep their cool. The shoes get a little warm, but they are much more breathable than my own The only time she removes her shoes is if she is going for a walk without them. Many of my friends have asked me for these recommendations. The quality of these watches is very good, and they are.
This is a note I will use to update my blog. The company's nbsp It is 14 years old now that I have a dog. She is 5 years old and does not see well or hear well. In addition, her legs are weakening because of her bad health. The wood floors in my home are made of oak. Her vestibular episodes were noticed infrequently when she would be wobbly with a crooked head tilt for 2-days at a time Over the course of four weeks The carpets in my house are ugly, so she has to walk on them. All was well - until she had an episode of diarrhea and soiled them all. There was no way I was going to keep them. On that night, she had another episode and slipped and fell onto a wood plank, her poo spilled out all over it. The same thing happened the next two nights. After I found two more old rugs in my garage, I chose the dog shoes to try. The problem with having her brush her or bother her is that she simply would not As it turned out, she let me put them on most of the time. It wasn't that difficult. There is no problem with them for her! They do occasionally slip off when they are not properly secured, but for the most part they do not. Here is a video I've attached. The shoes are 4 in size for a border collie weighing 49 pounds. Two photos are attached as well. It was the last thing on my mind that day, so I apologize for my dirty bedding. In the meanwhile, I'm picking up an RX for the stomach issue. They are certainly worth a shot and with four per package, I can wash and alternate if necessary. The PJs are also worn outside and she hasn't peed or gotten #2 or 3 on them yet. Message
Update It wasn't easy to fix the right foot, but even the left one helped her keep from sliding all the way If you see any blisters on your dog, make sure to check it right away. Velcro should be loose enough not to be It also seems as if the shoes rotate on her foot, but the effect doesn't seem to be noticeable.
