An extra piece of sock cut off from his shoes would be much easier to tie around his feet than to stop every few seconds to adjust and get them back on. You did a great job on them. There is no love in the dog's heart. Unlike what one would have expected, they aren't quite as flexible. It is possible that the measurements provided may not be the best means to use since I used the information and chose the smallest size for my Frenchie, but they are a bit too large for her. This is so disappointing for me. There is a lot of durability to these and they look great. Our first pair in gray was too large, so we ordered them again in blue. The next size down also comes off too easily, so we sent them back and replaced them. In order for the bootie to stay on my dog's foot, his paw needs to be bandaged within They may be able to get better results by going higher up the ankle.
