I am writing to let you know that one of the boots' velcro came off after receiving them just days before. It was worn a couple of times. When I walked my dog, my dog's boot fell off due to the Velcro coming off. It appears there is no way to request a return or request for help, I tried to request a replacement but couldn't figure out how to do it. I was so disappointed with these boots because they were so cheaply made that they started to fall apart after two wears. Purchase better boots elsewhere and save the money so you can buy the same. *UPDATE Upon seeing my unhappy review, the company reached out to me and refunded my money. It was at least decent when it came to customer service!.
