I don't know what it is about this that gets them so excited. They certainly feel the effect of it. Yes, we checked with their vet and she said that it seemed to be a good choice. This product is a great choice for anyone and everyone who is looking for such a product.
They liked it, but they were not over the moon about it. In fact, I am trying out the bottle of supposedly 'cheap' Cat snip spray I bought from a famous budget grocery chain based out of Germany (hint-- The hint) was sent with hopes that it would return to the shelves to Oddly, the off-brand mentioned is highly effective to the point where my cats flail about on the floor in catharsis and go after the bottle even when not in use, whereas this one doesn't seem to be that effective.

There is a generous amount of product in the bottle, and it lasts a long time, even after liberal spraying. In addition to toys, a kitty condo, crackle tube, and scratching/kneading mat, I have used this product in various ways.
