How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

Keep Off Cat Spray is a unique formula that prevents scratching in cats safely and effectively. In our no scratch spray for cats and kittens, we use safe, naturally derived ingredients like Rosemary Oil and Lemongrass. Stop cats from scratching furniture, floors, drapes, and other items with our cat scratch deterrent and cat counter deterrent. Cats are discouraged from loitering and scratching in any part of the house.
Cats use their sense of smell to determine where they hang out, which is more effective than tape and noisemakers. They despise the formula for this anti-scratch cat spray, but you will. We think it smells great, but it's a clear cat scratching deterrent for our feline friends. In a matter of minutes, they'll figure it out. With our cat spray, you can keep cats away from your home and have peace of mind that they won't destroy anything. With our keep off cat scratch spray, you and your cat can live in peace.
EBPP cat deterrent is great for drapes, furniture, fabric, plants, flooring, doorways, and more. It has an alcohol-free formula that is safe for your home. While tapes can permanently damage your home's sensitive surfaces and leave a messy residue, our cat spray deterrent is both safe and effective as a cat spray and anti-scratch furniture protector. After a while, the pleasant rosemary scent will fade. The majority of customers find the scent to be very relaxing, especially after seeing the results!
Simple to Use, Just Spray to Deter - For the first two weeks, we recommend spraying 3-4 times daily, then decreasing the frequency as your cat adjusts to their new behavior. Following your purchase, take advantage of the FREE training tips provided by our interactive training program. Cat repellents are available from us. Your success is important to us!
100% MANUFACTURER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - We are so confident that if you aren not completely satisfied, we will refund your purchase, no questions asked. How's that for putting your money where your mouth is?

Questions & Answers

Is it possible to use this product on an epoxy tabletop?

I'm not sure why you'd want to use an epoxy table top for it. It is primarily intended to keep cats from scratching "soft" furniture (such as sofas).

Will this also keep your cat from chewing on your belongings? Take, for example, cords. ?

At the very least, you can try. It could be a yes or no based on my experience with this product. Some things I spray my cat won't touch anymore, while other things don't seem to bother her at all. I'm not sure if it's the product or the animal's interest level that keeps her away.

Will this keep my cat from scratching on the litter mat even if he doesn't want to? I have a scratching post that she used in the past. ?

In my cats' case, they avoid it for the first few moments after it's sprayed, then don't seem to mind and claw the fabric surface anyway 15 minutes later. I'm not sure about your mat, but it might deter your cat while it's being sprayed for the first time.

If I spray this on the legs of my dining table, will it harm the wood?

Nothing, in my opinion, is harmed. It seemed to attract the cats when I sprayed it on a leather recliner. The chair was completely demolished!

It works great to keep our cats away, but it leaves a residue on the couch! For our two cats, this product appears to be effective
4/5

The spray appears to repel them, and the youngest flees as soon as the spray bottle is lifted to spray the couch. While the other cat no longer scratches, he has attempted to claw our new couch on a couple of occasions. For the past ten days, I've been lightly spraying this on the couch's sides, back, and corners, as directed. In terms of keeping the cats away, I'm pleased with the product. br>br>ON THE OTHER HAND. This stuff contains a "soapy" compound (saponified coconut), so use caution. It has left a slightly sticky or tacky coating on my couch! I'm going to stop spraying right now. The cats seem to have gotten used to not scratching, but if I need to keep them from scratching, I'll use the tape product that I also bought. This type of product could probably be made without saponified oils, in my opinion. Perhaps just with the rosemary, which has a strong aroma. I simply do not want a soapy residue on my brand-new couch! I'm a little let down! The photos show where I sprayed my taupe/champagne colored couch, which has a slight discoloration. The side photo best depicts it, while the seat photo depicts how the couch appears when it has not been sprayed. All- all. I accept responsibility for allowing it to become discolored. This is a light-colored sofa with a soapy substance in it. If you decide to use, BE CAREFUL!.

Amazing! Behavioral shift in an instant
5/5

This product had an almost immediate impact on my cat's behavior. Thank goodness for that! I couldn't think of anything else to try. br>This was the first time I'd adopted an older cat rather than a kitten, and none of my tried-and-true training methods were working. He ruined my furniture and carpet, ate all of my houseplants, and claimed ownership of my dining table. He wasn't bothered by "the bad kitty bottle," had no interest in cat nip, and wasn't particularly hungry. Double sticky tape would stop him in his tracks, but it never stopped him from trying, and when the tape came off, he was right back into whatever he was doing. br>I sprayed this product in all of his favorite scratching areas, and he immediately stopped scratching them. He hasn't been on the dining table in 24 hours since I sprayed it around the edges; instead, he's been scratching on the scratching posts/cat furniture I bought him and strategically placed around the house. Plus, as an added bonus, the dog has been avoiding the dining room table. br>I'll see how the fading procedure goes, but so far, this product appears to be voodoo magic from a higher power. 100% strong recommendation.

It's made scratching a thing of the past! I bought a new-to-me car because I'm a sadist
5/5

Two weeks after bringing two kittens home, we're on the couch. Because our previous couch had been scratched up by our older cats, I was determined that this new couch would not suffer the same fate. With a disbelieving and disapproving husband tsk-tsk-tsk-tsk-tsk-tsk-tsk- I did some research and decided to use this spray in conjunction with large pieces of cat tape on the sides. Thank goodness for that as well- shipping on the same day! Everything was ordered the same day I got my new couch, but there was a six-week wait. "Thanks for the new scratching post, Mom!" the kittens yelled during a one-hour window. "Of course, being cats, they went straight for the couch, and keeping them from scratching took a lot of effort. br>br>Six hours later, the Amazon box arrives, and I immediately tape the sides and spray the arms and back of the couch with this. It has a strong odor that I don't care for (but have grown accustomed to), but when my husband walked in, he asked, "What smells so good?" For what it's worth, his favorite scent is lemon grass, so this is better suited to those who enjoy it. But who cares if it's powerful as long as it WORKS! It hasn't stopped the cats from jumping on the couch (which is good because we enjoy cuddles), but they haven't scratched it in the five days since we bought it and tried this spray. I don't think I needed the cat tape at all (they were more interested in scratching my arms anyway). br>br>I followed the instructions to the letter and sprayed three times. I went four times a day for the first few days, but now I only go in the morning and evening. Hopefully, they'll just figure out that the couch isn't theirs, and I'll be able to put an end to the routine quickly.

Unfortunately, it attracts my cat
3/5

My cat climbed up on my chair literally seconds after I sprayed every square inch of it. It's almost as if the spray attracted her despite the fact that she was in another room! br>Unfortunately, this does not appear to have worked.

Pfffft
3/5

This brand was chosen because A) it received the highest rating and B) it was the most expensive, and I assumed that the high price reflected the high quality. Assumptions, as we all know, are dangerous. That's right, they turned me into an a**. br>br>I sprayed the parts of my house where I didn't want my cat to scratch. I should preface this by saying that my cat rarely scratches anything she shouldn't, but after seeing her stretching out in front of my Polk Audio tower speakers one night, I went online and purchased this after an hour of research. br>br>Now it's time to get back to spraying. I took the fabric speaker covers off the towers and gave them a test spray before letting them dry. The first test was successful, with no staining. So I soaked both fabric covers in water and dried them before replacing them on the towers. I also sprayed the corner of my couch where my cat likes to stretch out. br>br>The result was belly laughs from the son and wife when the cat entered the room and was immediately drawn to the new smell. She rubbed her face in it over and over, and she's been stretching out on the one speaker tower and corner of the couch for the past week. She doesn't scratch or claw at them, but she's never done anything like that before. However, this odor now appears to be permanent (which I'm sure it isn't), and she visits these locations far more frequently as a result. I'm implying that she enjoys the scent. I'm always on the lookout for cameras that have been "punked. ".

Couch has been replaced
5/5

It is not a problem. 100% recommend to anyone who has a furniture scratching problem! My cat destroyed my first couch to the point where we had to replace it when we moved. I was hesitant to purchase another because of her, but this spray has effectively deterred her. She's only deterred from the corners and base of the house, where we spray. She doesn't scratch there, but she still climbs up to cuddle with me. It's like a match made in heaven! Please give it your all! this is the answer to your problem.
