It measures 20" x 23" and stands 5 inches tall. My Italian Greyhound weighs 10 pounds and prefers a larger box, but she will use this one. If you have the space, I have an IKEA storage container that is 22" x 30" by 7" high that works well.
It isn't rubber; it is a hard plastic, but it hasn't cracked in my experience. They are ideal for my elderly cats who have difficulty with boxes with higher sides.
I realize this isn't a response to your question about dimensions, but I do have some important advice: go for the bigger one! Please refrain from purchasing the small box. I made a mistake and immediately apologized. I have a one-year-old Havanese who I began training with a smaller box when he was about three months old. 4 months. He was a tiny child back then, and he's still only 13 pounds now that he's grown up. I went through a lot of litter boxes that didn't fit him because they were too small. Don't be fooled by your puppy's small stature; she'll need plenty of room to find the ideal spot to relieve herself. Before settling down to poop, many dogs (including mine) take a short walk in a circle. Your girl may give up and do her business somewhere else if there isn't enough room for her to twirl. No way! My son, Teddy, uses the entire box space for his twirl and STILL deposits at the box's very edge. There isn't a single millimeter that isn't put to good use. He'd be on the floor if he was 2 inches shorter. It's less difficult to urinate. He simply steps into the box with two front paws and leans forward to do his thing. It's absolutely incredible. Dogs, on the other hand, aren't as picky about it. It's the poop that requires a lot of attention. You don't want to make THAT process difficult for her; otherwise, she'll make up her own rules and choose her own location. br>br>At the end of the day, the best and last litter box (following. 4 purchases that didn't work out? The So Phresh in the LARGE was perfect for my guy. I know. It appears to be insane. It may appear to be excessive, but it is not. br>br>I'm not sure if you've ever had a puppy or a dog before. Because Teddy was my first dog, I had a steep learning curve. I don't want you to make the same mistakes I did in terms of wasting time and money. Over-eating is a sure-fire way to make a mistake. supplying the litter box (or the litter, but that's another overly-complicated issue) a lengthy remark My boy has turned into a true champion. He is near-perfect in terms of accuracy and independence. If the box was even 2-dimensional, he'd be at a perfect 100 percent. 3" LARGER And, to be honest, the majority of the training was done by the box and its size! I just had to fill it with litter once I got the size right, and Teddy took care of the rest; if you build it, she will come. Trust me. br>br> And, of course, congratulations!
I'm not sure, but I ordered two instead of one and would be willing to sell the extra. I'm happy to share what might be one of the best and most satisfying purchases I've ever made for my dog. Unless, of course, it turns out that I have the last one. If that's the case, I'll have to hold on to this extra. If you are unable to locate the box, please let me know. It's a LARGE one for me. Best of luck!

My three senior cats (my sweet little ladies) have given up trying to fit into litter boxes with high sides at some point. They fit perfectly in these, and the other cats seem to like them as well. I still use underpads/puppy pads around the outside edges, especially in front, because they can get too close to the edge, but these are the best I've found for helping them (and me). I had purchased four of a similar brand on Amazon for $40 each, which were made of recycled material and looked almost identical to these, and both I and the cats enjoy them; I am, however, grateful to have found these for $12. For a litter box, 50 is far more reasonable and realistic: ) You won't have to look far to find the $40 versions, but these are nearly identical except for the shinier finish. If you require a box with these features, this is undoubtedly a good buy.
This makes me so happy! My senior cat hasn't been able to get into her boxes in a while, so she's been sleeping on the floor with puppy pads. This box is low enough for her to step into without causing her joints any discomfort. So she doesn't make a mess digging, I only put about an inch of litter in it. The sides and back are high enough to keep her from kicking litter out, but the entry is low enough that she can get in. I was overjoyed to see her make use of this box!.
Ideal for senior felines! It is simple to get in and out of the building. It can fit two 20-pound cats inside. It's simple to maintain.
Havanese puppy weighing in at 5 pounds. Prior to this one, I had purchased three other (smaller) litter boxes, all of which he either had accidents trying to fit into or outright rejected. To be honest, it's barely big enough for his pre-schooler. poop twirling and looking for a suitable location He's also quite small. I wish they would make a larger size for when my son grows up. He already poops over the side on occasion, but that's just his style, lol. For dogs, this is a fantastic box. It's a little pricey, but that wouldn't have been an issue if I hadn't tried so many losers before finding it. If you have a large dog, you should get this in the largest size available. You will not be sorry.
Ollie took a while to adjust to using a liter box, but he's so small and it's getting cold outside. He found the low side difficult at first, but now he knows how to get in and out of it like a pro. We're going to get a second one for other rooms in the house.
My two chihuahuas were in desperate need of something to put under their puppy pads. Because of the shallowness of the container, they are able to walk in it (what can I say, chihuahuas are prickly). )br>After seeing how well it worked in their new dog pen, I ordered a second one for housekeeping. br>I'm glad I got the large because even with two small chihuahuas (1-year-old and 1-year-old), the medium was too small for them. 5lbs, 1- They like having enough room to walk around and still have room for more than one piddle (8lbs).
" There is a C in our house. It's a C cage, and it fits perfectly, with enough space on the side to serve as a hideaway. It's a huge hit with my piggies. They are so much happier now that I have this and have adjusted their cage. I put wood chips in the bottom and put their food dishes, water bottles, and hay in there. It's the ideal size for two piggies, with plenty of room to spare. They can enter and exit without the use of a ramp or any other difficulty. In fact, they seem to use it as a jumping off point for the rest of their cage!.
For my old Sphynx, I tried a variety of litters and litter boxes. She's a big girl, weighing in at 13 pounds, and her front paw is stiff and limping. Because she pees a lot, the clumping litter got stuck on her belly and feet, and the big crystals got stuck in her paw pads. This box gives her plenty of room to move around and find the best spot, and she can easily step in and out. It looks great with the crystals. I did wrap it in cardboard to keep the mess to a minimum if he digs too hard.
