The clips are good but they are small. I have a 75 pound German Shepherd mix who has broken both clips and the black plastic ring that the clip attaches to has cracked as well both times. It happened just when he was rough housing and it caught on something or I'm not sure what and it broke but for the price they're still pretty good and they did last a long time.
The collapsible dog bowl is great for camping, and I also purchased the other dog food water bowl for daily use, both of which are easy to clean. www. amazon. B073XK45H5 (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B073XK45H5 (http://www.

I'm going to make an admission. I'm not a dog owner. Although I have two cats, they enjoy traveling just as much as they enjoy sharing their food with the raccoon in our neighborhood. So they won't be using these collapsible travel bowls. They belong to me. I wanted to reduce the weight and size of the items I packed in my hiking/camping backpack, so I looked for collapsible bowls. They make some for camping, but they're a lot more expensive and don't look all that different. They were $15-$20 when I saw them. A single bowl will cost you $30. That seemed insane to me! I figured that because these are BPA-free and made of food-grade silicone, they'd be perfect for a few weekend get-togethers. a year's worth of vacations My collapsible cups also fit almost perfectly inside the bowls as an added bonus. This frees up more space in my stove for small packs of oatmeal and rice, which I used to store inside where my previous bowls were. Sure, I could say they were for my 20"dog" but I guess it makes more sense to fess up and say these are 100% for human use. I'm sure there are others who are doing or thinking about it, so don't be embarrassed. Get your hands on these bowls and put them to good use.
They appear to be suitable for both human and dog use while camping. When we go out, I clip one onto my service dog's vest or my hiking dogs' packs. For two reasons, I went with the smaller bowls: I wanted something simple that wouldn't get in the way of my service dog's other gear, and I wasn't sure how big they were because I'm terrible at measuring and visualizing sizes. When I give water to my 60lb or 75lb dog, I have to refill it several times. My 75-pound dog, however, has a wide mouth and a grizzly bear-like head, and he has no problems drinking from this.
They are not a problem for our 60-pound lab mix. If he's really thirsty, we just fill them up a couple of times with water.
I keep them in my car. I'm not sure why people complain about the size when the measurements are clearly stated; these are exactly as described. There are plenty of large dishes on the market if you want something substantial. I have a GSD and these work fine for me; I keep them in my car, training bag, and other places in case I can't give my dog a drink while we're out and about. That does not necessitate the use of a large dish. You simply keep refilling until he is satisfied. It is better to be small. The dishes take up very little room.
My three-year-old husky and I are very active. We always go for a run or a hike in the hills together. These bowls are ideal for our journeys. They're small and portable, and they're simple to use. br>I always take Paw Shield by PetSupply with me when I go hiking. This paw balm does an excellent job of protecting my paws, which is very important to me. It also works as a paw moisturizer, healing and relieving dry, cracked paws. br>br>Here's where you can find Paw Shield:.
For my Boxer, I required a portable water bowl. A carryout plastic container with a lid had been used previously. It worked, but she didn't particularly enjoy it. I was pleased with how deep the bowls were when I received them, as well as how nicely they collapsed, making them easier to carry on a walk or store in the car. My dog can be fed and watered easily with two bowls, if necessary. The bowls come with a carabiner, which I like. I can attach the bowl to my water bottle with a clip. It's nice and simple. br>br>The first time I gave my Boxer water from the bowl, she drank it all and demanded more! She has a large muzzle and tongue (as expected of a Boxer), and she could drink her fresh water easily. br>br>These bowls are fantastic!.
The delivery was on time. The colors are exactly as they appear in the photo. There were no strong plastic odors, which was a pleasant surprise. As you can see in the photo, it's quite small. So, if you have a small dog, this will be ideal!.
It's easy to use, inexpensive, and effective. Getting my Golden to drink during our long walks on hot days has always been a challenge. I used to wear a water bottle belt with one of those rectangular plastic "bowls" attached to it. He can't seem to get his mouth in the right position, and he doesn't like the plastic. So I squirt water directly into his mouth from the bottles, which seems to work. br>Enter the Comsun. Who cares if it's small. He takes a drink from it. It's just a matter of refilling it with water from the bottles. It's the same shape as his regular dog dish. It's small, light, and collapsible, and it fits perfectly on the water bottle belt. br>He even drinks from it! Happily. Totally. This purchase has made me extremely happy.
