There are no cats in my family. They weigh under 12 lbs each, so they are small. The advantage for them is that they do not have to work as hard. cannot say for sure whether or not your cat can scratch a door out, but I don't know what they are like.
got the medium one and it fits perfectly the 11 pound dog I have so I think the large one would also fit the two cats I have.
Yes, without a doubt
I think that this is a great carrier, given the price. It collapses for storage, but the rigid frame makes it worth the price. The height of this sign is five inches. You wouldn't want to take it on a plane.

Afterwards, I realized it might also be used to carry him on a Both Southwest and Alaska had requirements for the carrier that indicated the carrier would be too high, so I was worried it wouldn't fit. Although I just traveled on Southwest, the carrier sat comfortably under the seat without being pushed or squeezed. Although the Alaska flight had a little bit of tightness (window seat), I had to push one side just a bit, in general I would say it was a perfect fit. I would not buy the large carrier if I lived in Alaska. Except for that, I like the carrier because I think it is sturdy and well-made, and my cat loves to nap in it, even when she is at home. Due to the fact that it was available and ready for him at home, it made the flight much easier for him It is amazing that he didn't make a sound for seven hours in that thing.
At first I checked the prices for cat carriers like this at Petco ($65+. bought this one online. It compares to the red bag I already have and I am happy with it. They are the same size and have the same Compared to the last pair, this one has a slightly thinner fabric and is of lesser quality, however, it won't matter so much since I use them rarely The bottom has a hard cardboard bottom and a fluffy pad on top. Obviously not as soft as the $20 pad I bought at Petco to replace a poopy pad for my Sherpa bag, but who can tell? I would guess that this bag cost as much as the fuzzy pad from Petco! It is nice that this bag has a zip pocket behind the front where I can keep vet receipts and medications. Cats weighing 12 pounds fit perfectly in my house.
Our family adopted a cat who was located on the other side of a 3-hour drive. Because of some other reviews, I was concerned that the carrier would be too small and would make his 3 hour journey more uncomfortable and stressful than it had to be, but it was perfect! Despite being quite lean and light, he has a long and slender body, and he is pretty tall, as he is a tonkinese mix. It was comfortable for him to move around in the large carrier, and there was plenty of room for him to curl up when he wanted to. I have left the carrier open next to the bed at home, and from time to time, I see him twisting around in it and drifting off to sleep- The fact that it is so comfortable must be testament to its quality. This would be a great cat carrier to consider if you are looking for a large carrier.
Be sure to check with the airline before you buy! Getting ready to move to Japan, we bought these for our cats (7lbs and 9lbs). It is a good quality bag, it has a shoulder strap and handle so that you can carry it in either direction. Pockets on the side of the bed are useful for stashing snacks and calming collars 1) I think my biggest concern is with airlines rather than the bag manufacturer. Our airline asked what size bag we should get and this bag met the criteria, however when sat down in our seats (economy plus on United), the bags did not fit under the seat no matter how you tried to stow them. The 11hr flight to Tokyo was at full capacity, with no leg room for me. However, because the sizes of airline seats keep getting smaller and smaller, I think that's an airline issue. I would like to mention this Pets as baggage require extra time, so take that into consideration when planning your itinerary. Despite being able to skip the security lines, the TSA required me to take my pets out of their carriers and walk them through the metal detector, my cats did not like this at all and neither did.
It has two sides. It received good reviews, which is why I chose it. Among the benefits of this carrier are No harm can be done to my cat if he bangs its face He is able to claw through the mesh with ease When I need to get my cat inside, I roll it up to store it, but it stays open when I need to get my cat in it is sturdy enough to hold my 13-pound cat I've been taking good care of my 5 pound cat. There are a few There is no way to have my cat stand up in the house (he is a foot tall) There is a rigid plastic bottom insert included with the carrier that doesn't quite fit the bottom of the carrier completely I could put the inch there if you would like Inside I put a thick feathery pad (which is large enough to fit the entire bottom), then the space from the bottom to the top was only 9 inches, so I left out the pad and just used a soft insert The mesh is not as thick as I would like it to be to allow my cat to run (each side has only half mesh, and only one end has a half mesh opening, but it may not be so sturdy as it is now). There are a few cons, which is the reason I gave it four stars instead of five. However, I am satisfied with the carrier and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
The carrier is really nice. Despite the fact that I am writing this review from the plane, the carrier does not I'm in the middle seat on an A320, and I cannot for the life of me get it I just thought I'd let you know.
A carrier was needed for my newly adopted kitten's initial vet visit, but the local pet stores had a limited selection, so I ordered one from Amazon since I had a tight time frame. Even though I hadn't ever had an animal before, I have always disliked the bulky, round, plastic carriers I see always when cats are around. That little bag looks more like a duffle bag than a carrier to me, so I was smitten. I've found it to be the perfect fit I have already taken her to the vet twice since becoming her owner less than a month ago, and I have also taken her on a road trip. You can enter from two different locations, which is convenient. There is a top entry where you drop the kitten in, and a side entry where she can walk into the room. It is awesome to have the mesh accessible because you can keep an eye on the kitten and to me, I feel as if the kitten will not feel caged. In my opinion, the measurements should be verified. My small is under 5 pounds and my medium is under 6. 5 My size as of right now is right, but once she gets to ten pounds I'll have to size up. My recommendation is to consult with a professional. Despite its size and weight, it is easy to move around. As I mentioned, this bag is basically a gym You need two small handles or a strap that you can drape over She ordered one the very same day after seeing me carrying it. She has had cats her entire life and is a neighbor of mine.
Small is the word that comes to mind when considering this carrier. I did not even have room for my medium-sized cat in the box when it arrived. There is one thing that I want to mention I am yet to experience The product was not what I expected, but it was not what I ordered. My guess is that it would fit a 6-inch computer monitor This is a comfortable place for an 8 month old cat, with lots of room to move around. Despite her average size, my adult female cat can move around in the house but cannot go out. If you have a cat that is normal in size or larger, I wouldn't recommend this product.
