When I got this bed, I was quite pleased with its quality. He took a bit to warm up to it, but he ended up liking it in the end. The first time I washed it on delicate cold water and then dried it only on air and the bed came out perfectly. The second time, all you could see was a gummy mass with the shaggy fur only on the inside pillow. It is a real disappointment since it was one of my favorite beds.

There is no impression on my dog. Despite its fluffy appearance, the ones I received in the mail did not have any padding on the bottom. In order to keep the dog from lying on the hard floor, I need to place a mat under it.
