There isn't a lot of space between the platforms. A rough estimate of its size is at the top. Ten by ten. It's not going in the cubbyhole and also won't go on any of the platforms since my cat weighs 14 pounds. This girl just seems too big to me. I am sorry, but I would be unable to recommend this item until it is re-tested I designed it.
