The usual amount I put in the cap is about a half-full. I think my bird bath will be fine with this. To get the best results, you need to use trial and error.
Our bird feeder is equipped with mosquito dunks that are easy to use and very effective. The birds are not hurt or deterred by them.
The surface of the product is not sealed. As a result, our birdbath is less likely to grow algae. This is not at all a deterrent for the birds.

the carefree birdbath protector, I read all the reviews and decided that it would be a good product. In order for my birds not to become irritated by the foaming water, I ensured that the fountain did not foam. My fountain was thoroughly cleaned and bleach was used to kill any scum that might have been left behind. A little over 5 gallons of water fill my fountain so I added 5 caps of protector after 3 days, and the scum was back after that. Taking it back to the store, I cleaned it again and put about 10 caps of it into the drain. It became green after four According to the advertisement, this product did not live up to its claims. Not happy at all.
There was an old bottle of this product. There was no way to read the directions on the label, which was worn and peeling off. As soon as I used this product, I noticed that the birds were no longer using the bird baths.
Bird droppings must still be removed from the water every day to prevent the birdbath from becoming slippery. I think this solution keeps the birdbath from getting slimy. This must be done again after the solution has been added. Ultimately, only one day is enough time for the solution to stay in the water. The risk of not succeeding is too great to me unless I'm doing something wrong.
I have a small hat- I keep the birdbath full all the time to prevent green fungus. This product does not contain harmful chlorine. I clean my birdbath sometimes with chlorine, and I like to replace the water every one or two days with fresh water. This will take 3 weeks to complete. A fantastic product to keep the birds occupied for quite a long time, plus a sunflower seed feeder to keep them happy. Someday, the birds will take baths in the birdbath, and the birdbath will be covered with leaves and dirty! A 5+ times better experience than expected with Birdbath Protector. I recommend it. The reissue will be announced in the near future The ordering process. I have updated the post after two months. What a shock. Working really well for me. Since using this protector, no green slime has been seen, unlike before. It works well to keep green stuff out with only half a cap a week. A discontinued product. It is likely that I will get another bottle, hopefully later! In addition, I spoke to the customer service department before I bought. I appreciate what you have to say.
As long as both dishes are being used, the bird bath stays in It tends to be less necessary to do a deep clean as often!.
Clean my birdbaths weekly with this solution. I keep them in good shape.
The bird bath was kept clean very well by you. Many birds eat the food that I feed them.
There is no way to do it!.
