Don't think twice! My pool is 12 feet long, and I am very happy with it for the amount of space I had, as it was perfect. Naturally, I would've wanted a bigger pool, so if you have space for a larger pool, I would recommend going for it. Despite the fact that two men helped me set up this pool, it is a very sturdy professional grade pool. The leveling, however, was all my own work. Around the perimeter, I used paving stones that are 1 foot long and I'm glad that I did because it helped me keep the ground level from one side to the next and three sides to the other. However, it was my goal to have the ground completely level, while in reality what is really necessary is just to have the rails and sides rest on a level surface that is 12 feet in diameter. While it is nice to have the center perfectly level, I did have a few lumps in my center which I filled with sand. I also covered the sand with black gym mat which I cut to 12 feet circle, and the difference was significant. I have also added a cove to the pool. The setup took all day, but it was supposed to be an one-day job. It's about 4 feet deep and comes a good portion of the way up to my chest. I am 5'6". During the winter you will not be able to take it down, so make sure you have it positioned precisely where you want it, and that your site is prepared appropriately. In the package that I purchased, I received a sand pump that works beautifully, as well as a ladder, which I plan to replace when I build my deck. I feel that the package was a good value considering the price of the pump and In the future, I will replace the liner with a beaded liner as I think that will be easier to install. Be sure that when filling your pool, you pull the liner tight enough and fold it over enough to leave nothing showing on the sides of the pool. Most likely you will have to pull the belt tighter than you anticipated. The internet has some great videos you can watch before you begin installing the pool, and I would definitely suggest that you watch them. There is only one con to this pool the aesthetics. From the side, the pool looks like a tank of water. Since it is so tall, 52 inches, it looks like a As part of my plans for the improvement of the appearance, I intend to build a deck and add some landscaping. Multiple boxes are packed onto a pallet to transport the pool. Ideally, you need to live in a place where you can walk to your house or an 18-wheeler can get there. I didn't have that opportunity. A local store parking lot was designated for my driver to meet me at, and he delivered the Pool to my truck. I am very pleased with my purchase. It has been easy to maintain, and I look forward to enjoying it for a long time.
